LastPass Does What it Says
What do you like best about the product?
Lastpass is great for keeping passwords and logins safe. All you need to remember is your actual LastPass login info and you don't have to worry about forgetting or losing it on a piece of paper. The mobile app and browser extension make it easy to have what you need. I use mine every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides to using LastPass. There are plenty of programs that do the same, so it's all about finding the one that works right for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass solves the problem of having passwords for literally everything these days and not having to remember or worry about someone accessing who shouldn't
LastPass has all the solutions!
What do you like best about the product?
Sub folders, ease of sharing folders, folder structure. Adding any text strings and attachments to items without LastPass scanning on the backend. Unlimited amount of items to add to a shared folder and unlimited amount of shared folders. Can import large files and multiple items and not receive upload errors. Browser extension SSO and Okta easy to sign in and set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues after migrating an ex employee's vault to a shared folder, attachments would not download and had error. Said to contact Support, which we did and worked with them over months never resolving the the issue or recovering the attachments.
No way to see which items have attachments in them unless clicking into every item type that could contain an attachment.
When exporting the entire vault including all shared folder items, the .csv export left out the file path to the shared folder and sub folders. Worked with Support on this as well and no resolution.
Major issue with user's sharing keys and when user's would log in, they would see special characters in the shared folders they were part of, instead of English. And unable to see any items in the vault until LP Support cleared their sharing keys.

Sharing credentials for teams is a major part of what we use LP for. The shared folders have been a life saver. Also ease of sign in with SSO and Okta, syncing from AD groups.

Ease of use for the end user, ease of user to admin. Great overall

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass was implemented at my company and it seems to work pretty well most of the time. I like that it suggests complex passwords and makes me feel more secure with my many logins. I like that with the business account my family and I can have free personal accounts. I love that it works with Face ID on my iPhone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few times that Face ID doesn't work and I have to type my master password in multiple times. I also don't like when the Chrome extension puts the large LastPass logo in the field I'm trying to type in. It blocks the characters I'm trying to type and I can't see past it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many complex passwords that I don't have to memorize and we can share passwords securely across the company or within my family/friends.

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass offers a very user-friendly experience for managing passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass securely stores and autofills my passwords for me on any device and platform. For instance, I managed over 50 login credentials for work and personal accounts with it, and the password generator feature made creating strong, unique passwords a breeze. The secure sharing feature rocks for sharing access with trusted team members, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version is very limited (especially on mobile devices) and premium plans seem pricey for individual users. The interface is practical, but it could be more modern and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass has simplified and secured the management of my online accounts. It continues to help organize and secure my passwords across a massive website migration, and the peace of mind it brings is priceless. If you want to take your online security to the next level, this is a must-have tool.
Pretty Satisfied
What do you like best about the product?
I like that LastPass interface is user-intuitive and easy to use. I like the clean and simple design. I used another password manager app one time in the past and I was very annoyed with its clunky design and interface. I have used LastPass for several years now and I'm pretty happy with it. It makes my life easier (no more writing down passwords or coming up with one!) and I feel a lot more secure being online. I use it every day and I can't imagine not having LastPass. It's very helpful that I can enter passwords easily on Chrome without opening up the vault and that it gives me a popup to save the new logins for new sites. It's pretty seamless to use on my laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished it worked app to app on mobile. It is a little cumbersome to have to open up the LastPass app each time I need to enter a password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of having to remener or write down all the passwords. It's saving me a lot of time and effort. It's also helping me to have a more secure way of logging in with the authenticator.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to tag passwords, creating roles within the app for access, the mobile and browser plug-in and the different methods of setting up MFA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is not ideal, but they charge more since they are one of the better enterprise solutions. Alos, the transparency of their compromise has knocked a lot of luster off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that it's solving is managing the different passwords we have for the things we need to log into.
