Katalon has everything I need
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and robustness of features makes this the perfect tool for our org.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything to say here. Katalon has been one of the best decisions our company has made.

It is allowing us to automate our testing quickly and efficiently.
Katalon Studio lowers the barrier to entry for automated testing
What do you like best about the product?
This tool simplifies automated testing so that QA members with varried backgrounds can all contribute to the project. It allows users to grow in their skills in automation while actively helping with enterprise solutions. For paid members their support team is active and responsive to bug fixes and feature requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The community is not as active as an open source community although the Katalon Studio team is working on incentivising users to contribute to their forums more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing for easy test organization and allowing less technical team members to contribute to the automated testing strategy.
Katalon made automation a reachable option!
What do you like best about the product?
I really love how easy it makes the automation process, besides how easy to use and understand this program is.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can improve the execution on mobile devices. It happened to me many times in the past that during execution the session just closes itself so the automation fails because it couldn't be completed. This doesn't occur with browsers, but mobile could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping on the automation process, it made so easy and fast to start automating for people with limited code knowledge,. This codeless automation tool is the best solution I found to make automation a reachable possibility for my entire team.

Easy to scripting, upgrading your script and have good customer support team.
Working well with Testrail and Jira, report is simple and easy to check.

What do you dislike about the product?
Stable of the policies and licensing. We used Katalon while ago so when the new policies came out to limit number of project/testsuite, it made the team concern about the projects and system development.

Save time/resource in regression (60% to compare with manual testing).

Katalon Platform can be used to automating tests for web, mobile, or desktop with ease.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use to get up and running quickly. Capable of great data-driven testing and limitless potential to get you through the complicated testing scenarios.

I have not found the auto-heal functionality to be very useful. The beauty is that it can also be disabled.

Regression testing for many customers. Complex testing neccessary to fit the user experience.

Katalon greatly reduces the the amount of time creating and maintaining test cases using recording and creation of test objects

We have no issues with katalon: our team enjoy using the tool

Katalon is allowing us to quickly create automation tests so we can reduce the amount of manual testing required
Easy to Adapt, very little learning curve with great automation potentials
What do you like best about the product?
Katalon has very small learning curv which allows manual tester to do the automation testing. Being a manger it is always difficult to manage Automation and Manula tester separatly, Katalon allows tester to become crossfunctional and work as functional and automation tester simultaniously. Katalon supports UI, API, and Mobile testing under same roof which reducese the hassle of handling differnt tools for differnt testing time. CI/CD Is another fearute(paid version) which helps to integrate your test is various cloud hosting providers in the market

What do you dislike about the product?
Downside of Katalon is, you have to pay for license if you need to do CI/CD integration, Visual testing, Unlimited Analytical results on TestOps (plugin to show execution result)

Testers became cross-functional, speedup the Automation process and minimum time for test script maintenance.

It has Framework ready to work, and there is no time wasting, updating your basic scripts, such as WebDriver,.....
