What do you like best about the product?
easy to retrieve data redemption, so that we know what is the most popular in the redemption category to serve our customer better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many things, as follow:
1 . Password changes for 1 times /month, please make it longer each 3 months.
2. Retrieval data still raw data without any analytical
3. Retrieval data isn't easy to convert or process as an Useful report
4. There is no detail data accrual or Point Conversion data.
5.There is no CMS for self service rules setting, Program Setting etc
6. Search engine using customer account instead of CIF, because most of customer is familiar with their account number.
7. Error message repeated when downloading / Exporting big raw data
8. Could add more account user created in LBMS, now is very limited.
9. User friendly LBMS dashboard to manage Customer Complaint

The system as a whole is stable, user friendly

One of the most user-friendly solutions to manage Bank Loyalty Program. Highly recommended!!
What do you like best about the product?
Giift has made our Loyalty Program Online and global and in the process has taken it to a new height. Our customers are now more motivated to use their cards and earn loyalty points to redeem from an array of exciting options. It is also a very user-friendly solution for back-end users.

I would appreciate the customer communication log to be more precise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are managing the Loyalty program for our Bank Card Customers and saving us a great deal of time and man-hour onboarding new redemption partners. They also provided a Rewards redemption portal where our customers can redeem their Loyalty points instantly, anytime, anywhere!! This has grown to become very popular among our customers.

I can access all relevant reports with ease and get our portfolio summary at a glance.

Users should be able to download reports using a customized date range format. This way, data for longer periods can be generated and used for better portfolio management.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an amazing platform. Once you've understood the platform, it is very fast.
The link generation is instant and you can track all the backend usage too. In-case of any misuse, One key feature that helps is that you can cancel/stop the link usage anytime.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes even when the balance is there, we get an email notification that the balance is low. So maybe that can be rectified. Apart from this have additional provisions for increasing the voucher limit.

Amazon Gift Card (on amazon) - Limit is 5K/10K
XOXO - Amazon Gift Card - Limit can be upto 20K too. (This can help for corporates to give larger gifts in a single link, instead of multiple links)

The biggest problem that XOXOday is solving is for us to get most of the brand vouchers (obv which are onboarded as per the corporate) in a single place. As an events person the fast you can get the code links, the sooner you can send them out too.
