It is a very good platform to share the recognition and appreciation for colleagues who made a big impact on the day-to-day business with their valuable contributions.

Nothing specific related to the platform.

It is providing a platform to motivate the employees to recognize their effort from the managers and peers.

What do you like best about the product?
The new UI is really cool. Also, the leaderboad helps to know our status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if I'm right, it takes quite sometime to update the points. It doesnt update instantly.

We get to know how are new hires & also get a chance to appreciate our colleagues

i can able to know all the events happen in my organization and it is a good platform to recognize, appreciate my collegues. It is useful for the communication platform e.t.c.

nothing like that and for me it is everything ok no dislikes as of now

The rewards should be provided oftenly .

The automated email triggers are the best for reoccurring events like work anniversaries, birthday's, etc. It is also great that we can allocate certain budget to specific events.

something delay in redem. Sometimes points redeem but no credited in amazon.
