VERY USER FRIENDLY AND POINTS UPDATION AND DEDUCTION OF POINTS INTO VOUCHERS AS SUPER FAST
What do you like best about the product?
USERFRIENDLY AND FAST ACCESSING, EASILY CHECK THA BALANCES AND POINTS EARNED.. OLD DETAILED POINS REDUMPTIONS WILL BE DISPLAYED PERFECTLY ON THE PAGES AN THE APP

NOTHING TO SAY ABOUT ANYTHING I DISLIKED .. VERY HAPPY WITH THE APP SERVICES AND THE RESPONSE WAS ULTIMATE SO NOTHING TO SAY AS I DISLIKED IT.. NO ISSUES WITH YOU AS OF NOW

I CONVERTED A VOUCHER INTO PAYTM VOUCHER BUT BY AN ERROR IT DIDN'T ADD TO PAYTM AT ALL .. LATER WITH A PING IN WATSAPP TO CUSTOMER CARE I JUST RESOLVED THAT WITHIN HOURS OF TIME

AMAZON GIFT CARD AND PAYTM WITHDRAWL IS EASY TO ACCESS.

when we redeam points through paytm it deducted 5%

previously we cant see the points in xoxoday compas but now everytime it shows
XOXO is a good app and very easy to operate and very usefull

Previously there was no option for Amazon Gift card but after talking to Customer Care, it has been added.

It is easy to reward in the form of vouchers and gives the freedom to choose from the wide range of brand associations, it gives a free hand to choose what they want to do with the value rewarded.
