One platform with the power of 8 redemption options. A very user-friendly and wide variety of redemption options are available to satisfy all customer needs.

slightly slow adopting the new market changes

Problems like wrong accruals or point calculations - Quick response to the problems and fast resolution

What do you like best about the product?
Xoxoday has a very good variety and availability of experiences at different price points and also gift vouchers that can be redeemed very conveniently. And complemented by a very responsive and helpful support team. Indeed a great business partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. A mobile app option will enhance the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee gets the choice of deciding the best experience he or she would like from the reward points given by the Corporate. I decide what experience to go for and when, rather than HR giving some standard options.

Portal where vendors were placed was easy to navigate as picking the required items was seamless

Time period to claim the gift was very short

- Application looks a little bit old in terms of look and feel.Just my opinion
- The data initially shown can be minimized. All of it looks too cluttered. A minimalistic approach can be taken to show the data if possible

- Helps keep in touch with colleagues and what are they doing in their respective fields

Very good tool to appreciate your peers and also it helps to get recognition for your work.

It gives you notifications of birthdays and work anniversaries, which helps in team bonding. We can appreciate our peers for their support and help.

I am very happy with emplus only one suggestion that I would like to give is that it should collaborate with more companies to redeem reward points.

In these tough Covid times when everyone is working remotely, it gives us a platform to appreciate our colleagues and to wish them on their special days.

Denominations values are still not correctly provided in some vouchers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the manual rewards into digitally so that field employees are not need to go to the office and they can get their rewards on same time.
Empuls, a nice medium for engaging employees and maintaining interactions between them.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Empuls is the facility for creating engagement groups under 'Connect' on any topic of the user's interest. Also, the 'Reward Store' facility is unique.
What do you dislike about the product?
The approval mechanism for appreciating someone is not required as it may force people to write the appreciation memo to someone while keeping someone's approval in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the Work Form Home environment, Empuls is helping employees in bringing together thru active virtual engagements and meaningful communications, hence helping in productivity indirectly.

What do you like best about the product?
That we can use vouchers to pay rewards in China. Considering that China rewards can be paid only via PayPal, having another option is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
So there was a major problem with participants actually claiming the vouchers. I believe the problem was from the provider side, but it brought us a lot of negative experiences with all participants. The way of claiming the gift cards was unclear and the provider platform wasn't working, so as a suggestion next time better check the provider services before actually selling the vouchers

Paying rewards to countries that are not very well supplied with voucher options.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As advice please make sure that you check your supplier's platforms and their vouchers and ways of claiming. Thank you for being a valuable partner.
An excellent solution for employee recognition
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using XOXO Plum for almost 2 & half years now as part of the employee reward program & I would say its one of the most flexible & amazing tool. Its seld service model is what makes my responsibilities ease & in time rewarding takes employer culture long way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldnt say least disliked but there is scope for UX/ UI improvement. Thanks
