What do you like best about the product?
Highlights us the amazing work done by our colleagues. We are not able to meet and greet colleagues on a daily basis, hence, wishing them well on their achievements feels really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I do want to connect with other people in the company, sometimes it gets annoying when I get repeated emails about the person I don't know. Also, there should be a way to find out the achievements of an individual just by writing their name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team, the work done is valuable and sometimes mammoth. Emplus helps me to go on the corporate stage and announce the work done by the individual. This helps in increasing the morale of the whole team.
I been updated with the latest news inside the organisation.
What do you like best about the product?
Employees recognization, Achievements shown here which I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per as I used the portal, Haven't found such dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been informed of any important updated update notifications. Work anniversary, Work achievement is also notified for the colleagues.
Absolutely loved it.

More options to choose for redeeming vouchers. I had a great experience redeeming the vouchers except some issue in reaching out to customer Care for some issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's too good. There's nothing that I could say is missing. I loved the experience. Would love to use xoxo further as well. Thanks for the experience.

My vouchers were not working while i tried t redeem later i understood it's the issue with my organization where they've marked the voucher number invalid as i haven't used them for long.

The redemption price is too high now and this can be improved enabling the employees to get the product at a reasonable price.

What do you like best about the product?
It is good, they respect customers problem and provide immediate response. I got my quwry resolved in just 20 minutes. I used chrome even we can use the from any browser. If I talk about competition, it was the great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I would say about dislike. Nothing missing, everything working fine, I wish I will more and more vouchers, The product is working fine. Nothing needs to be improved.

Multiple benefits, the things are getting done within seconds, I can use this point instead of money. They supports lots of brands as of now. Everything going great.

What do you like best about the product?
Although, they conversion of points into Gcash are no longer available. There are still a wide range of options to choose from. I like having MARES and REEF as available options to convert my company's kudos points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it was Empuls or our company who got Gcash removed from the eGift conversion; but that is what I like the most previously. Also, some items are available to redeem in Metro MNL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't experienced any technical difficulties in redeeming points via Empuls. The benefits... I get to explore some brands I am not fully familiar with. It's like an open opportunity that is free of charge. Also, the brands in eGift cards are nice. So that's a plus points too.

The announcement section is very much attractive. I like the notifications of all events.

All are very nice. But I think it requires a little bit faster. It has already too many funny stickers.

I couldnt find anything much. The UI can be improved & Site speed.
