What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and very cost efficient.

It doesn't provide insights what other companies do to make their employees more engage.

We are solving communication related gaps in company and after using Emplus we realized that it is very beneficial to engage employees.
Its just Awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reward points system in the application, We can accumulate and use the reward points towards different useful vouchers. It is a very good platform to appreciate every employee in the organization. Since everyone is working from home, Through this platform we can collaborate with every team member. I loved every available option on this platform. I will highly recommend this application to everyone. Every organization should have this application or platform. Thank You.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike on this platform. Everything is good in the application. I have been using this application for almost 6 months and it is very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are working from home. We cant meet every employee face to face. Through this platform, we can communicate easily. I am getting so many reward points to utilize wherever I want. I like these options.

Nothing as of now maybe linking the emplus to existing HRIS will be an added advantage.

One of the biggest problems Emplus is solving recognising the talent on the spot .

The tool is the best if you have offices across the world and you'd like one single platform for great employee collaboration. It is extremely user-friendly and can be used by anybody and everybody. If you want to engage your employees, reward and recognize them, retain them, and have one of the best work experiences, Empuls is the one for you!

Not one thing! Empuls is literally everything you need to give your employees the professional, creative, collaborative environment. There are multiple things the platform offers - including an easy single sign-on for seamless login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the current Work-From-Home and Hybrid working models, it becomes very difficult to keep up with what is happening in different parts of the organization. As part of the HR Marketing team, it becomes really easy to project R&R awards, plan events and conduct them online, and simply have that involvement from all employees from all our offices in all parts of the world. In short, we have created a physical workplace culture for our workforce. Here, on Empuls, we create ideas, brainstorm, bring them to life, and celebrate our wins!

It provides a hassle-free way to recognize the best talents and reward them with the most convenient reward types.
What do you dislike about the product?
You may add options to add these rewards in money wallets like Paytm as well.

My company is using it for rewarding their best employees and thus motivating them for better work in future.

What do you like best about the product?
The attractive rewards and the ease of claiming them without any hassle. The emails sent out after receiving any rewards and the way people can interact with it make it look good. The rewards are in a way too attractive to miss it out. User engagement is taken care of very well. The astechics are also very impressive. Please keep more of the same and it will be very helpful for us in the long run.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major as of now but the UI can be improved with some attractive color and UX can be more gamified. Also, the alerts can be sent in a personalized way that would make users view them often. We can also ask for survey organization level where it will help everyone to give their feedback and customized according. Adding a daily login points which can be claimed as a reward would be a nice to have feature to keep the users to login in a daily basis.

It's easy for others to celebrate others' rewards and recognization. Instead of receiving cash or coupons directly and which could be missed out. With Emplus we can always check back anytime. This tool helps more employees to engage with others during work from home time. It also helpful for interacting with each other
