What do you like best about the product?
Empuls helped us go virtual with our recognition and rewards. There are no more pockets of recognition but the entire Tech org is on one page.
It gives a free hand to all Leaders/Managers and HRBPS to give recognition at the right moment.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool doesnt auto suggest ways to recognise someone, any event or special days coming up must be nudged.
Also if there are milestones like birthday/work anniversary, the entire group doesn't get notified. This must be solved for immediately.

the UI needs a little improvement with a bit of colour added

Helps to know about employee birthdays, work anniversary and recognition.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to know every employee birthday's, work anniversary and even their recognition. I like the monthly leaderboard points which will be displayed at every start of the month with the previous month's points. It also gives you +5 points whenever you log in and view the details and other stuff of what is happening among the employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like improvising color patterns on each screen makes it more attractive. This doesn't mean that I'm disliking the current app but just a suggestion from my end.

Employees and their stuff. Rewards and recognition among employees, Employees introduction. The anniversary which helps to wish and even birthday wishes this helps us when we forgot to wish them

What do you like best about the product?
The system of giving points to employees for recognition of their great work is the best thing and that too comes with a redemption feature in the form of various vouchers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular but UI can be improved look wise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we all are working from remote employee recognition comes as a challenge for managers. Using empulse that is solved with giving reward points and appreciating the employee in front of everyone to keep up and good work.

I liked most redemption options as we get so many options for redemption e gift vouchers. And the same delivery is instant. The comment option is also great.

There is no option for personalized notification enable. It will be great if I can see a notification of my interest only.

Best platform to keep up with peers
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Empuls is that it reminds us of work anniversaries, birthdays and helps us connect with peers on a personal level. Also, helps us recognize peers for their contribution and all the hard work they do for the organization. Empuls truly is amazing in every sense of social purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing so far that I have disliked about Empuls. Although, improvements in terms of ease of use are always welcome. Even more fun activities should be added and that would be a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have problems with remembering thr birthdays of people. Empuls has effectively eradicated this problem of mine by sending notifications via mail regarding work anniversaries and birthdays, Also, now it is easier to give kudos to dedicated and deserving peers, connect with coworkers in a fun and easy way.

My recommendation to others using Empuls is to utilize all the benefits and enjoy all diversified activities here. Happy Empuls-ing.
