What do you like best about the product?
This is like local Facebook or LinkedIn in the organisation level. Interactive with across the team is possible. Can root our friends from other team and recognised by higher management
What do you dislike about the product?
Still interactive interface can be used and can be integrated with mail. Sometimes it doesn't notify on email. Better to have more stickers and more features. Better awareness program should be used to make employees use this interface

Increase in employee morals. Letting good work recognised and appreciated. Motivating and increasing bond between the teamates and peer members. Celebrating sucess

The employee appreciation feature is one of the best options to appreciate anybody and boost morals.

Nothing in particular. Tools seem to cover their basics.

It's a great platform from R&R for corporates with multiple mode of reimbursements and rewards.

Redemption of the points through multiple modes and e-commerce options was very attractive.

Nothing as such. Most features provided were apt.

Employee R&R can be best addressed, and important dates and events can be recorded well using this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
This a very good portal to put thoughts with our team. Multiple vendors are available to redeem rewards.

there should have some vendors like Amazon as well for India for rewards.

A tool with good potential, but limited capability & many issues in mobile app
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity is good. It is not too complex to use for the user. There are few yet practical options. Moreover, you can give monetary awards also. You can customize the types of awards that you want to keep in options. So, an appropriate mix of simplicity & customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now & then, you keep getting issues with the mobile app. There has been a literal instance when we reported a bug; they fixed it & ended up breaking something else. Moreover, the functionality available on the mobile app is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to promote the culture of recognizing & appreciating each other's work. Moreover, there is a hidden benefit - For people like us, who are in leadership, this tool gives us a glimpse of various reasonable efforts being put by many team members because of the appreciation that they get.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to start with something that is easy to use & is not too complicated to use, start with this tool. Though, be aware that mobile app only provides must-have features & you have to use the desktop app to use all the features.

What do you like best about the product?
First, the kudos points received and the many things to choose from in redeeming those points. Lots of shops to choose from specially the restaurant and food choices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just miss the gcash from the redeem choices. but it works properly on other choices shops. more shops to choose please and if you could bring back the gcash.

I can easily redeem my point with not much hassle. i can greet my friends and always excited to check on my points and doing my best to double my points in any way i can

What do you like best about the product?
Rewards and Recognition help every employee to work harder. Proper employee communication was missed during this pandemic era, and I think this is the best platform where an employee's work will be appreciated and boosted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amazon Pay is not available in the rewards section. The value of reward points. And more and more competition. So that most people will participate and it will be more enjoyable. It's still in the beta stage and needs much more improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bonding problems between colleagues and managers. Working environment problems during the pandemic era. Rewards are the significant benefits, and recognition is too.
