Good way to share rewards to employees
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration of all brands at a single place with the xoxo rewards to claim.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such untill now. Its better if we keep getting more rewards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are to find the different or vast categories to redeem your rewards, its not specific to any one certain brand.

All the interfaces using and technology used and has the best expirnce in emplus which help in track on many things

nothing to say all the thinga are good .and there no doubt everything are perfect for user expirecense

The best part is the convenience of appreciating your colleagues and the way it shows as feed to the entire group of people.
The choice of gift coupons that one can redeem is also varied and full of options. The look and feel of the webpage is very similar to a social media page which makes it even more fun and exciting. Great way to bring cohesion among coworkers through this fantastic portal.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any significant flaw in the portal, which I dislike. But yes if options of posting photographs can also be a great add-on while appreciating someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Though it becomes a little challenging to appreciate your coworkers or subordinates in a one-to-one way but this portal helps in appreciating someone out of the busy schedule.
I can see what's going across my organisation and I feel connected to my colleagues.

The best thing I like is the points I get through it for my performance and my achievements visible to everyone.

Love how easy to use it is and the amount of gift card options Empuls provides!

Nothing so far. I haven't faced any hurdles yet.

Employee engagement and interaction during the WFH scenario. It provides a connection between employees and motivates everyone to perform better.
Engaging with the team members on such an interactive platform creates a positive social impact.

Reminders of birthdays and work anniversaries and putting GIFS in conversations is genuinely unique.

The GIFs variety and suggestions after typing are sometimes not helpful and are very limited. Also, the UI can be much better.

If we could have more icons for awards in the options list it would be great.

2. A common platform where every internal recognition can be appreciated by all the (itizens)employees
3. Not having to worry about what might be the best reward to an individual(itizens)
Also, earlier, if we reward an employee (itizen), procurement to delivery required a lot of time. This is instantaneous- we are able to reward them right when they are recognised and hence maintain the right feel of the recognition.
