What do you like best about the product?
All the information is well categorized in Xoxoday, and able to quickly identify them when we match the exact category and tons of options available, so it is easier to choose the best one that suits us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having two credit points since both serve the same purpose, I wouldn't say I liked it, which creates confusion and unable to find some solution that describes the usage case of both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tried to find the purpose of Xoxocredits since I could not find the option while checking out to use them. Later with the help of customer service, I was able to find a way to use them and successfully got benefited from it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great platform that helps the users to get motivated with what they are doing by sharing some rewards, coupons, etc.,

What do you like best about the product?
There are variety of options to redeem points, particularly gift card vouchers. It is also effortless and quick to redeem points. The customer service team is quick is resolving issues if any.

Employee recognition. Instead of giving specific gifts or vouchers, giving freedom for employees to choose the way they want to redeem points based on their interest.

What do you like best about the product?
Rewards and appreciation can be done effortlessly. Reminders for Work Anniversaries and Birthdays are convenient. Badges available (although minimum) are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
User cannot easily create new badges. Difficult to search the available groups. Tagging correct username is sometimes not easy to search. Only 'High-Five' and 'I agree' options are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate (Recognize) others' work quickly using Empuls. Group members can know about the team's achievements, which also gives them the motivation to work more positively.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent Platform to begin with for an organization like Royal Cyber.
This product is completely different from others.
Excellent product compared with competitors to have employees to greet each other for all occassion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at this point of time.
May be few more interesting options could be brought.
Like Video messages or voice messages could be added in future.
Apart from that everything is good.

No Problems solved.
Benefits are our employees are engaging with each other for all their occasions.
It is a local media for our employees to communicate on their work and personal occasions.

Excellent Product to use it for all organizations.
Easy to use and awesome customer experience.
Local media where employees or a set of people to communication on all occassions.
Nice one to use for a company starting with a minimum of 50 employees.
