Great tool to recognize colleagues and their contribution
What do you like best about the product?
Recognition Tool for different groups, Selective control of groups and town halls, Timely birthday reminder and notifications, Ease of redeeming the KROWN points
What do you dislike about the product?
Overflow and UI issue on low-end machines, lack of GIFs and animations, No possibility of Video greetings and audio greetings in the town halls, Limited reactions availability

Recognizing the great work done by the team and colleagues is appreciated well and documented. Wishes to all the teams are easy to record, and providing coupons and redemption process is great

The options and customer service were great, and the options to choose from are attractive and varied, from specific stores to the freedom of choosing options for prepaid cards.

Nothing to complain about, excellent customer service and options.

None of my own in particular, but being rewarded with vouchers for my opinion is a fair trade for information and viewpoints.

The best thing about this platform where they recognize the employee with the amazing title and achievements like "Powerplayer, Gamechanger" once I am rewarded, we get the notification in real-time. this is such a nice feature in this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing is not able to share my title and achievements. If the share and download options are available means it will helpful to showcase my talent on other social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once I am rewarded, if the platform is sending feed-in slack or adding options for my portfolio it helps for my jobs and carrier. when I was rewarded am feeling so happy and also motivating me to do steps on next growth and performance.

Problems some time the page never opens on mobile phones . I am not sure about the issue of it as it will be fully blank white page. Benifits - number of option to redeem

User friendly and easy to use. A thing that one would love to recommend to his peers. Positive reviews are just icing on the cake. Interface is very interactive

Nothing to dislike about it. It's easy and lovely to use. But sometimes, I won't get enough notifications on my mail. This thing we can improve to make it more accessible

You can get in touch with customer service in just a few seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cant check the validity of your cash vouchers, say for eg. you have two vouchers from different dates, they will be pooled in the same account and its hard to tell which expires when.

You can hold your cash ina different way basically as vouchers which is a good thing
