Lot of options to redeem through their inbuilt gift catalog.
What do you like best about the product?
The townhall group is always active and a good way to keep track of all the news that is happening across the company. Also, the option to create out of work groups is a good idea to keep things casual. Bring people with similar hobbies together.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an end user perspective, I have not found any cons yet. Will update if there are any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The employee intranet has been really helpful in keeping all our employees engaged on a single platform. The reward points are also a good way to motivate your team mates.

The customer support was really prompt in resolving my queries. Loved the fine dining and the tours experience options. Overall, I had a positive experience with Xoxoday.

I was trying to redeem my reward points on Plum and it's easy to navigate through the platform without any support. Would definitely recommend Plum for all kinds of gifting

One of the major benefits we have observed is that Empuls has brought together all our employees in a single place. The instant recognition and the peer-to-peer awards keep our employees motivated.

Best offers and the best service. This is the best platform I have ever seen.

Nothing. I do not see anything missing. It was indeed a complete one.

I received a beautiful box with 'Live your Now' engraved. It had a Congratulatory certificate and gift voucher that made me feel like an exceptional employee. I can use the coupon as per my preference. Excellent customer service as well.

It could have helped to check the balance amount on the card easily instead of waiting till checkout. Balance details on card or somewhere would be much appreciated.

It is very beneficial. Easy to use and variety of vouchers in one place as per user's preference. It helped me to be more productive to achieve targets which in turn increases business performance.
