Good Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
There are plenty of brand vouchers that a customer/user can choose from. The catalog is extensive and covers a wide array of verticals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more vouchers on instamart, flipkart, amazon, netflix etc. Also, wished if the validity period would stay for extended periods of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some vouchers should be limited to 1 or 2 given that they are subscriptions. Gift vouchers should not be charged a higher nominal fee

if the voucher doesn't show on mail the coordinator can solve the query fast
