Its makes rewards to the employees easy and reduces the manual effort

Easy to use, easy to customise, UI is similar to Facebook or other social media portals resulting into easier adoption, accessible customer care team
What do you dislike about the product?
Couldn't be integrated with our HR bot since XOXODay has a bot of their own and changes made on the cloud would be visible for other clients as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual connect, non-work related collaborations with colleagues, rewards and recognition are mostly what we use it for. The engagement and participation of all fun at work activities have gone up, RnR has had overwhelming participation. The virtual connect options really helped us during the pandemic too.
Plum is the best product out there for Gifts
What do you like best about the product?
It's effortless to use Plum, which I like the best about it. They have thousands of gift cards, and the pricing is also less than others with the services they are providing. And they don't charge any fees, and I love that.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that previously I was able to select the number of a few products, but now I can only send one quantity. And I also want to use custom denominations for a few products, and I know it's possible cause I have seen it on a few websites, and it would be great if they could provide it here as well.
And also sometimes after selecting the denomination, the screen freezes and have to reload the page again, and sometimes the delivery takes times, goes to pending even if the voucher is of instant delivery.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Xoxoday Plum to deliver gifts to my customers. And it has helped me a lot. My sales have skyrocketed since I started using their product. But I wanted to use their service with WooCommerce also, which is only possible through Zapier, and I used it. Still, it would be more excellent if they could bring WooCommerce integration through their portal rather than use Zapier. And I also want a few products to be added, but they told me it's the holiday season, and they can't add anything before Jan 2022.

It is a one-stop shop for buying all the dream gifts for loved once, and such a user-friendly platform. just love using it

No Cons as such. it is a good product and using the company too

The huge probelm of sending the gifts voucher to all the employee in the company, and giving them a lot of gifting options under one roof
Perfect tool for recognizing your employee instantly
What do you like best about the product?
I'm personally a fan of using gifs. Having used 2 engagement platforms before none of them supported the option of commenting through gifs but Empuls has this feature. It keeps the conversations fun and casual.

There's nothing to dislike here but I realised that the employee directory option is not available on the mobile app. Or maybe it is and I can't find it.

I personally love the app. There are a lot of redemption options which gives you a lot of options. Overall would definitely recommend it.
Diverse options and great support service made me use Emplus without any worry
What do you like best about the product?
The main thing I liked is the diversity of gift vouchers and the customer support I received for one of my queries related to the Tanishq voucher. The best thing happened to me, is wishing my birthday by my colleagues at 4 :00 am , they were the first to wish me, as no one of my friends wished me at 12. All this happened because of Emplus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing , I would like to suggest is to have an undo option for gift vouchers , as there may be a time that we buy one voucher, but its not redeemable at store

Problems I am solving with emplus is to stay connected with our colleagues who are new joiners. Emplus notifies us whenever a new colleague joins. Also , we can motivate , appreciate others too through Emplus portal, so that every one would know the hard work, someone has puts in.

Xoxoday is a must-have tool for corporations and industries to reward their employees, as there are a variety of redemption options available. In the event of any issues with the tools, customer service executives are on hand to assist and provide resolution on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The point redemption is only available on desktop as it is not available on android or ios, which is disappointing. Furthermore, there are not many more offers than competitors.

I have used this service to claim company-provided gift vouchers twice, and I must say it was a seamless experience. The customer support is also great as they helped me redeem a gift card after 11 months of issuance, which I had missed.
