More Voucher was not reemable at store. XOXOday customer servide help on how to get redeemed at store correctly.

I was unable to redeem the points of Decathlon due to an error. The team looked into it and fixed it in the span of 2 hours

Have lost of brand options to choose from. Choose whatever you like. Delivery of the e-vouchers is quick. If you face any issue the support team from Xoxoday Plum is always there to help you.

Now I don't have to worry about what should I gift to someone. Now I can gift them Xoxoday vouchers and they can use them as per their wish.

I have not received my Gift card and Gift box for the same i have raise the concerned. Which got solved very fast.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using the XOXODAY portal for a long time in India and have taken it for our Global offices as well recently. The journey has been incredible so far with the virtual rewarding system, mainly in this work from home scenario where employees feel connected when recognized on the rewarding portal. The portal offers various features and control to the admin. The customer support is commendable.
What do you dislike about the product?
XOXODAY keeps innovating the platform, which sometimes comes as a surprise to employees when they do not find the expected options and graphics which were there earlier.

Employee Engagement and Recognition are a lot easier in this portal.
