Smooth process and good support system by the team

Nothing really.. but the clients have given us a feedback that the vouchers should have different font options that can be used by them

The website is very user freindly. There is a huge variety of options. I recently interacted with the Customer Support team and the experience has been fabulous.

I haven't come across anything I don't like.

We get xoxo points from our company as an award for our hard work and for going the extra mile.

What do you like best about the product?
The portal is extremely user-friendly for both end users and the Admin managing the system for their companies. Rewards are easy-to-configure, the implementation team is very helpful in terms of providing an alternative solution to suit the customer needs. The engagement team collaborates with HRBPs to help them with ideas on fun at work activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a SAAS based platform which makes customisations to the code difficult. We wanted a pop up of our HR bot and disable the XOXODay bot which wasn't possible.

It's used for rewards and recognition, informal communications at work, surveys related to fun at work activities.

Any company where employees are tech-friendly and prefer a virtual setup will prefer this product. Customise features to simulate an experience that's close to an in-office feel.

Fast, easy, and convenient in use. Multiple denominations are available to redeem the amount conveniently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have the status of the vouchers in a report format to track whether a respondent has redeemed the coupons or not.

We were looking for a wide variety of merchants on one platform. Currently, we are using amazon vouchers, and we might start using other coupons very soon. We were also looking for fast & convenient options to reward our panelists, which is now resolved.

Apart from distributing reward points, the badges serve as a perfect recognition tool. The bouquet of redeemable options adds to the many positives.

There is nothing much to be disliked. However, the usage analytics report can be improved.

We wanted to institutionalize rewards and recognition culture within the organization, and Xoxoday Plum has helped us immensely. We have a motivated workforce and R&R administration has become a lot easier as well

Features and reports helps us to manage the entire rewards & recognition platform with ease. Our employees are more engaged now as compared to previously.

Tooltips could help our employees to understand the platform quickly. Also, we would like to have a KMS within this to conduct various training.

We had a higher attrition rate, and the main reason for this was the employee engagement activity which we couldn't do because of pandemic. Employees felt disengaged; hence this platform has helped us to launch R&R programs and now our employees are more engaged than previously.
