What do you like best about the product?
A large variety of vouchers to choose from. A prompt support team in case of issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike actually. It's one of the best reward partners with a large varirety of vouchers to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was not allowing to use xoxoday points to buy Amazon vouchers, though it was allowed earlier and Amazon voucher was listed in the available voucher categories in Electronics section.

What do you like best about the product?
Their wide range of gift cards, perks & experiences in travel, gourmet, local, hobbies, adventure, healthcare, philanthropy and many more was apt for our women teams. The best part was that these options were available across multiple geographies where our people are located.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides of Xoxoday plum which i can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part is that their wide range of services are available across multiple geographies where our people are located.

What do you like best about the product?
it's great product and offers multiple options both online and offline with flexibility to all users. makes life easier in current situation where XOXO extends multiple benefit to corporates and users. it has all chain of options to choose from which is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using XOXO for last three year. I never had any kind of bad experience with XOXO. I don’t see any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
offers flexiblity to buy from multiple options.

What do you like best about the product?
The app is so user-friendly. It's like a mini-universe. Customer service is just amazing as one will always get a prompt response to their queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should also have an option to get the e-wallet loaded with the empuls points or to make credit card payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its good to have rewards distributed among the teams without a fear of integrity.

What do you like best about the product?
The website is very user freindly. There is a huge variety of options. I recently interacted with the Customer Support team and the experience has been fabulous.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get xoxo points from our company as an award for our hard work and for going the extra mile.
I have used my points mainly for Amazon and Flipkart vouchers.

What do you like best about the product?
The portal is extremely user-friendly for both end users and the Admin managing the system for their companies. Rewards are easy-to-configure, the implementation team is very helpful in terms of providing an alternative solution to suit the customer needs. The engagement team collaborates with HRBPs to help them with ideas on fun at work activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a SAAS based platform which makes customisations to the code difficult. We wanted a pop up of our HR bot and disable the XOXODay bot which wasn't possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's used for rewards and recognition, informal communications at work, surveys related to fun at work activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Any company where employees are tech-friendly and prefer a virtual setup will prefer this product. Customise features to simulate an experience that's close to an in-office feel.
