Most of the time all are busy with there works and we not able to contact them personally but here we can easily access them

There are no cons according to me as per my use till now. Everything is easy to use, user friendly.

Employee Recognition, Promotions, BirthDays, New Joineers, Work Anniversaries all this notifications we can get from Empuls. And in advance as well, Also Impuls is connected with Teams So notofications also getting on MS Teams as well.

The charge when we redeemed. I hope no charge anymore so we can enjoy the rewards in full amount.
