Very Easy and effective Platform for Reward and Recognition we are using
What do you like best about the product?

Xoxoday by Giift can be costly for small teams and may have limited customization options for certain features.

Xoxoday by Giift simplifies employee rewards and recognition by automating programs and offering diverse reward options, enhancing engagement and motivation. This benefits organizations by improving team morale and retention while saving time on manual reward management.
Very user friendly tool and lots of enhanced feature is there in Empuls.
What do you like best about the product?
Recognizing the team monetary or non monetary value. It is very easy and also creating different types of reward is also very helpful. Customer support team is excellent

Management of budget part is really very complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving instatnt rewarding to employees was the problem which Empuls resolved. Earlier we need to go with long process for rewarding the employee.

Out of 5 coupons 2 coupons will not redeem forcing me to contact support

I did a test witch bpi panel in italy. At the moment to take the reward the account is blocket. Xoxoday in 2 working days solved my problem and firstofall asked mynif everthing was ok. Excellent customer service

It's really easy to use and get in contact with help when needed. Not hard to use it frequently when needed, with a solid amount of features too.
I think everything was implemented well, aside from when the servers went down, which seemed to be out of their control. Works well on both mobile and desktop too since the integration is simple.

I don't have any issues aside from the server thingy that prompted me to contact them.

They were able to resolve their connection issues in a reltively timely manner, which allowed me to continue using their products as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
i faced problems during the redemption of my gift card, but it was fixed in the same day, was so easy to reach them, support was very helpful, the communication was very clear and i already have my gift card. I tought this will take more than one day, but it is not,im happy with the solution and the support.

i would like to avoid to contact to support to redeem my gift card,but so far,it was a good experience, not disappointed.

Yesterday, when i received my gift card i had problems with the link,and it couldnt opened correctly, i had to retry after 6 to 8hr. Today i decided to contact to the support, and in the same day i was able to redeem my gift card to use it.
