Each of the rewards received from the Organization appears in a transparent manner.

The fact that each time I log in to the platform, there is a 10-second wait time just to get in.

The rewards earned have become more accessible as well as the same reward points can be used at a variety of stores.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved all options on this platform, it creates easy collaboration with team members and faculty, and from here, we can use rewards points which overall boost our motivation among us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything missing on this platform; yes, Amazon pay should be there, which everyone is familiar with. Also, it is easy to use, and I know it will be added in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like for me, I believe it creates motivation in me, So to good in productivity also so that I can achieve my targets according to the requirement.

What do you like best about the product?
Always remind me which colleague's work anniversary is, who's birthday or who is a new team member. The coupons or rewards for appreciation are super. It makes me socially connect with the organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Right now, sometime I have seen some data mismatch in feed. One time the image of a person was on the other person's birthday congratulatory post. Sometimes another person's name comes on work anniversaries and birthdays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Socially connecting me in a big organisation where I do not know many people. The Leaderboard part attracts me to do it more daily. People can share their moments, and it is pretty much enjoyable.
