What do you like best about the product?
The quick resolution and caring about the issues to resolve without delay and undividend attention towards the problem. We are so much glad to get the support whenever we face issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be available in non business days well. There is no much about dislikes as we get instant support. That is only thing bothering us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever we face issues about submitting order or if that doesn't redeem correctly, once we create a ticket support team will provide the necessary guidelines to resolve the issue and excellent support. So we have confidence that the bravo wont go into drain and no stress ever if we face any issue.

I was not able to retrieve the voucher code unless I dropped an email to support.

Real time experience:- I had an issue when redeeming gift voucher code says inactive. After crosschecking that one, resolution provided me immediately to contact reward issuer to get it replaced.
I have take an snapshot of the chat & send it to particular panel to sort it out. For that, they have send me an appreciation mail for bringing that to the attention. Full credits goes to Xoxoday support.

PayPal is my favourite choice. Why Xoxoday not taking any action to bring PayPal reward option?

Gift Card Voucher Code. If there is any issue arises in gift card voucher code provided by reward issuer, sorting out the error immediately by keeping regular follow-ups

What do you like best about the product?
I so love their customer services. Very responsive and always update me. They also follow up you regarding your issues if they have been resolved or not to further assist you. Also I love that it has Gcash.

When you're a first time user it take a while to navigate the website. I find hard time how to use it during my first time and I had to search for tutorial in order to be safe.

Its promptness and transparency while dealing with the client< its implementation has been flawless. The customer support team had been very prompt in answering my query. I have used it somewhat frequently i would say. I am happy with its number of features. It has integrated well with my computer and have found it useful. Its use has beem quite comfortable and I have so far not found it discreminatory or arduous
