About this platform not many people are active here, response rate is also quite low. Apart from appreciation, there are not many things I could do here.

It is solving Employee Recognition. This is something we tend to miss out on while working on some tasks. That's why it is important to appreciate someone for their hardwork.

I like the interface about how everyone can appreciate in a different way by adding hashtags and auto-generated messages too. Loved the Reminder and Leaderboard section also.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little bit time for the order to be delivered. Also few of the brands are missing in the vouchers section like Amazon. Also there should be a cash option to redeem points which reflects directly into your bank account.

It is improving in terms of delivering vouchers faster, it is constantly working on its interface to bring new features and designs also.

What do you dislike about the product?
While everything looks great on front something that requires attention is their customer service. I had a problem with my 500 INR Barbeque Nation voucher and it's been more than a month since they are trying to solve the problem with no resolution yet. Also they randomly remove rewards which sometimes gets annoying. Work on this and you'll have a 10/10 product in your hand.
