What do you like best about the product?
Plum offers a refreshing and data-driven approach to understanding human potential. Its psychometric assessments are intuitive, research-backed, and provide rich insights into candidates’ cognitive abilities, social intelligence, and work preferences. What stands out is how seamlessly Plum links talent potential to role fit, enabling smarter hiring, faster onboarding, and more effective succession planning. I also appreciate the customizable Talent Maps that help visualize team dynamics and identify developmental needs at a glance.

While Plum’s interface is generally user-friendly, certain reporting dashboards could benefit from enhanced filters or export functionalities to support more tailored analytics—especially for large teams. Additionally, new users may initially require some handholding to fully leverage all its capabilities, as the depth of features can be overwhelming without proper orientation or support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plum is helping us address the challenge of recognizing and rewarding employees in a meaningful, timely, and unbiased way. In many organizations we consult for, traditional recognition methods often overlook individual preferences and intrinsic motivators. Plum solves this by offering insight-driven, personalized recognition experiences that resonate more deeply with employees. This has enhanced engagement levels, reduced recognition gaps, and helped foster a culture where high performance and positive behavior are consistently acknowledged. Additionally, the ability to tie rewards to specific traits and competencies makes recognition more strategic and aligned with organizational values.
The platform is very user-friendly. It makes celebrating achievements easy, timely, and meaningful.

Empuls makes it easy to engage employees at every level with one cohesive solution
What do you dislike about the product?
The download option is not available to check on all master attributes and validate the configurations done all at once and it is a huge drawback.. The same has been conveyed to the product team and the SPOCs but of no use. The system isn't easy for admins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making the rewards and recognitions task easy for us. Reminders on the birthdays and work anniversaries are quite helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Prompt support and flexibility offered, along with a wide range of multi-currency vouchers and cards available for various countries. The platform is easy to use, and the readily available reports help in efficiently reconciling the vouchers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, Visa cards are unavailable. We request that they be enabled to allow us to issue rewards to learners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plum enables us to provide vouchers to our learners on time, along with prompt support in case they face any issues using them. With Plum, we can issue gift cards across geographies, helping us boost referral revenue by enhancing the learner experience.

I guess frequency of using this platform is less.

Validity of the vouchers, it can be extended to 3 years. Also if XOXO shares reminders every month or quarter about their coupon redemption it would be great

What I like best about Compass is its sleek and modern interface, which makes navigating the platform intuitive and enjoyable. I also appreciate the robust CRM features that help me stay on top of client interactions and follow-ups. Overall, Compass empowers me to operate more efficiently and present a polished, tech-forward brand to my clients.

What I dislike about Compass is that some of its advanced features can feel overly complex or take time to learn effectively. Additionally, the platform's occasional tech glitches or slow updates can interrupt workflow during busy periods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compass is solving the problem of juggling multiple tools by offering an all-in-one platform for real estate marketing, client management, and transaction tracking. It centralizes everything I need to run my business efficiently, from listing presentations to CRM features. This saves me time, helps me stay organized, and ultimately allows me to focus more on serving my clients.
Easy to use platform for employee engagement and rewards
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Plum is its ease of access. Even when I was a first time user of the platform, I did not find any challenges in using the platform and customize it as per my organisation's needs. The support is also very efficient and prompt. They tend to resolve any kind of issues very promptly and without any followups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I could see was the limited options on the gift vouchers and also frequent changes in the rewards terms & conditions, discontinuation etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee rewards program and employee engagement. We offer quarterly rewards or bonuses to our team members and Plum is a very easy to use platform to solve this need.

Maybe the price of converting the points to cash. It should be 1 point to 1php without any charge

Great tool for employee experience and culture management
What do you like best about the product?
Empuls is a great tool for managing the employee experience in a much more modern way. It is also a very complete tool, great for peer to peer feedback,employee surveys, feedback,OKR management and internal communications. Other great feature is that it integrates with Slack and other tools so the experience is smoother. It is easy to implement and we also use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are not using a paid plan, it does not allow for much customization. Interface is not very modern and rewards can be limited in countries specially latin america.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using different tools for employee survey and had a hard time with the participation rates. With Empuls we were abre to centralize all data and boost employee participation. Also, we did not have a tool for employee recognition, and we also use Empuls for that now. Internal communications were also a hard thing to do with emails going here and there and all the information they all need are now centralized. Great toll for analytics as well.
