Xoxo makes a workplace to a family.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Xoxoday because it's provided a platform where we can connect with our all colleagues and team member and it help us to remember birthday, anniversary, work anniversary and celebrating them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any deficiency about xoxoday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help us to recognised the birthday, anniversary, wedding anniversary to our team members and other colleagues and it's help if you want share something with your colleagues through post there everyone can see your post and react and comment on them.

My opinion on Empuls
What do you like best about the product?
From my opinion Empuls is a holistic employee engagement platform that enables organizations to connect with employees, align them with the organization's shared values, motivate them, and reinforce positive behaviors to create a truly engaged work environment. And it's need in every organisation. I really like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, actually I can't connect with my colleagues directly, and i can't communicate with them in this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want a tab from which I search my colleagues and communicate with them personally.
Amazing discounts for employee motivation
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that it has a unique strategy to engage employees in a motivational spirit by offering a pool of brand options to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback i feel it has is the absence of transferring the Empuls points to one's bank account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem where employee misses out on recognising each other's efforts. This platform helps people to acknowledge their peers' wins.

The peer to peer recognition feature is most useful and the best as we are able to give weekly recognition to our colleagues. Also the employee rewards programs is a good feature. All the features are perfect there is no need for any improvement.

No all are good only .but one thing need to add cash reward like gpay, phonepe

I like the most sharing photos of your outing activity and appreciation award.

No point to dislike. I loved so much this app.

No problem I faced till date. Whenever I will go onto trouble then I will definitely raise my concern to relevant team.
It has been a pretty good ride with xoxotoday till now

It keeps updated with office social activities like parties, competitions and other events and also help me in interacting with my office colleagues outside the office ecospace

The points are calculated in dollar currency only and not any other

The reward catalog has thousands of gift card options and does not charge any processing fee.The products are user-friendly and easy to navigate. They have wide range of options that can be easily redeemed.

There is nothing as such, it was very smooth for me, i did it within 5 minutes of time.

A complete employee engagement application!
What do you like best about the product?
We recently started using empuls, and I like how the points lapse each week, so I have to use those points before they expire. This creates a situation where you are bound to notice and appreciate the small roles your colleagues play in making your life easier. Also, the features where I can borrow/lend the points to anyone who needs it. This is a really great feature that ensures the points are not being wasted.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my complaints with Empuls is that they recently removed the option to convert the points into cash. It used to have an integration with the Paytm wallet, which could be used to cash out the points, but it is not available anymore. Also, the Amazon gift card has been removed. This is a bit annoying as Amazon is one of the most used shopping websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Empuls really helps to build a positive and constructive work environment where each & everyone can contribute through it by simply recognizing and appreciating your co-workers. Of course, fetching bonus gift card value from it feels great! It helps you stay motivated to work hard by incentivizing your efforts and encourages aco-working attitude amongst the teams.
