Good Tool to appreciate the effort of team member
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, user friendly and team members are getting appreciated and highlighted based on the efforts they have put in to achieve the milestone.

Did not found any such point to dislike the tool. Tool is pretty good to highlight the efforts team has made to achieve the milestones and finish the activity on time.

A user friendly product
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Xoxoday Plum since last year, as it is used by my office for rewards. I feel it is very user-friendly & the interface is excellent. In addition, they have a variety of websites linked with them which gives a wide range to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can improve on their customer seervice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a small company/start-up, it is essential to keep their employees happy & rewards & recognition is the best way to do it. Xoxoday plum is giving that platform to help companies reward their employees in a way that can be beneficial to them.

I like the fact that all employees have the option to appreciate anyone in the company. We can run surveys & automate gifting. It is user-friendly for both HR and the employees.

Nothing much to dislike. I like that they are continuously improving the platform

It makes HR's life easy by automating the rewards & gifting. Employees can take vouchers of their preference against the points we give them on special occasions.

Celebrating any moment, like a birthday or award celebration, is easy due to Empuls because we get some remainder notifications from Emplus. This thing is like best about Xoxoday Empuls.

The user interface design may not appeal to all users or may not be intuitive for some individuals. A confusing or cluttered interface can make it challenging to navigate or efficiently use the platform

Easy to choose award-winning platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very engaging software. It's straightforward to use and gives the freedom to choose from many vouchers. Redeeming the reward and also the feature to transfer it to my wallet makes it very useful for me.

It's overall a good employee engagement rewards and recognition platform. The only thing which can get better is the customer support. It sometimes take longer to add credits to wallet.
