Its very useful for converting points to cash or any gift vouchers.

while converting points to gold vouchers charge some points as processing fee.

Empuls is solving the problem of the communication gap between the employees of other departments. We can interact with each other quite easily.

Its is very easy to redeem the rewards online. Almost all the merchants in the market associated to the this reward programme.

Need to improve the online support. All queries need to email.

The interface is pretty intuitive. I get notifications about any additions. Its quite easy to redeem the cards as well.

Its great but if I have to nitpick, would live a wider selection to choose from.
