nothing till date all looks good for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its solves me to get the accurate measures and correct directions when in a place far away like some areas of only land.

What do you like best about the product?
Empuls simplifies the whole recognition process, embedding the entire process in apps such as Slack and Microsoft Teams. Gamification of leaderboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Empuls having used other softwares in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal Rewards and Recognition, Pulse Surveys, internal and company wide communication. I'm part of a team that has dependencies on a few internal teams and timely recognition pf the SMEs has significantly contributed to my team's performance.

What do you like best about the product?
UI is clean and friendly. Loads of redemption options in multiple countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The newly launched feature - "Wall of fame" can be better designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive all our employee rewards in the form of points which can be redeemed on brands of our choice through our MS Teams channel itself.
Also, nominations for awards are now done from MS Teams itself with reminder nudges.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Empuls is how easy it makes it to bring people together and keep them engaged. It’s super intuitive, feels personal, and really helps build a strong team culture—without feeling like just another tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing at the moment—it’s been smooth sailing so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Empuls is helping solve the challenge of keeping teams connected and motivated, especially in a hybrid or remote setup. It makes it easier to recognize wins, celebrate milestones, and keep the overall vibe positive—which definitely boosts morale and team engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
great platform for boosting employee engagement. Makes it easy to recognize team members, send out rewards, run surveys, and keep everyone connected. The interface is clean and simple, and it integrates smoothly with tools like Slack, MS Teams, and HR systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
minor downside is that the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to the number of features, so there’s a bit of a learning curve for new users. Empuls team helps all throughout the implementation though

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to recognize and reward teammates. It brings a positive vibe to the team and makes everyone feel seen and appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is great overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Customization is a bit limited—for example, we’d love more flexibility in how recognition posts look or how rewards are set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of feeling disconnected in a remote or hybrid environment. It’s hard to keep everyone engaged and recognized when you don’t see them every day. With Empuls, it’s like we have a virtual “high five” system that ensures everyone’s efforts are noticed.
With Empuls, we’ve turned simple “thank you” into a shared experience that’s visible and celebrated across teams

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Compass is how simple it makes tracking deals and managing leads. Everything’s organized in one place, and I can easily see where each opportunity stands. It helps keep the team on the same page and saves a lot of time, especially with follow-ups and notes. Plus, the maps and location features make it super easy to navigate when meeting clients. Overall, it’s straightforward and helps keep things moving smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have and dislike for this tool at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compass solves the problem of keeping track of sales performance and compensation in one place. Before, it was hard to monitor how deals were progressing or how compensation was tied to performance. Now, everything’s clear—what’s been achieved, what needs attention, and how compensation fits in. It saves time, reduces confusion, and helps us stay focused on targets. It’s really helped streamline processes and keep the team motivated with clear performance insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use, and has all the features that are required to recognize the employees and set up a culture of appreciation. We have seen better engagement rates between employees now, they are more connected to each other and motivated.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons as such, sometimes the award options seems to be specific. They can have variety in awards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly, the culture of recognition was very limited and often it was limited within the team. Now with Empuls, recognitions can be made org wide and employee feel more motivated and valued.
