What do you like best about the product?
It gives your reminder for events and more updates of your colleges so we can connect with them and an opportunity to interact increases
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates come for full company, and many times on a single day the count is very high so it is difficult to connect with all - to make it better it can be department wise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its more about reaching out to your collegeau across the company and the benefit is that it becomes a reason to give a shout to them and connect

What do you like best about the product?
First, goes to the concept of aligning all the celebrations in one place, where we can share our wishes.
Second to the reward system to encourage people whenever they achieve something in work
The third and final one is the Reward points to keep all in the race to seek the monthly winners, interesting.

What do you dislike about the product?
The issue I am facing is on the reward points credit while using the Web page and Android app. If I send a wish thru web page the reward points are not credited correctly, but it is working perfectly in Mobile application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly Team collaboration. People who feel shy to talk in front of people are also using this app effectively to share their opinions. That's the beauty of these Empuls, I must say.

In work from home environment, every employee sits in their home and work, so rewarding and giving recognition is difficult. Empuls helped us to overcome problems and allowed us to ease out the employee recognition and rewarding system
I am regularly using this forum to send the wishes to my colleagues on there special days

It was a very good Initiative by Mahindra Finance collabrating with empuls. It is Connecting all Mahindra Finance employees & it’s like facebook of MMMFSL.
Main Interesting aspect is Birthdays & Work Anniversary on daily basis. based on this more Wishes makes the Birthday Person feels special & happy.
Scope for communication with other Teams possible here. MF Points & Lead board will encourage all the members to participate.
