Used Xoxo to claim my company rewards
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to get the vouchers and links immediately. Though I initially had an issue accessing the redemption links, I raised a ticket to Xoxo customer service and got the response within 3 days. And the problem was resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Raising a support case via Whatsapp is bit troublesome, and customer support is disabled within a few minutes.
Increase the window time in WhatsApp support. This will help the customers to get more convenience and easy access in support.

Great platform to manage rewards
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface to enable HR to manage rewards for the employees. It has integration with all major online platforms where you can use the coupons or points like Amazon, Flipkart and many more.

The products listed on the platform have slightly higher prices than other players.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Service is excellent & superb. Xoxoday customer service assisted me with my voucher that previously could not work. They got back to me within 2 days and that is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. My experience using Xoxoday is that there could be an improvement in how the voucher works. Other than that, customer service care has helped me with this problem. Thanks!

Issue - The website crashed and could not load my voucher.

The employee reward was converted to Xoxo points, and it was taking more time to receive the points. So i contacted the team and recieved it soon.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Xoxoday Plum for my team for over a year, and its been a very pleasing experience. Employees prefer Plum over other rewarding options as it allows them to choose their favorite brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now, I haven't experienced any issues with Xoxoday Plum. My queries are resolved on time whenever I have those. Also, its intuitive customer support and FAQ section make sure your queries are answered in a short time.

Rewarding employees better and more conveniently is a win-win for both business and employees.

Interactive Dashboard and the important information appearance. Also, a good platform to appreciate the colleagues with the points will help them keep engaged. Good Work.

Nothing as of now. Everything Looks good. It will be better if we receive the email notification once we receive any update on the application. Also looking forward to use this application for future release
