A Great app for a Enterprise Company
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part in this product is Leadboards,I appreciate this feature because it encourages the employees to work harder.When compared to its competitors its the best application.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my perception nothing is missing from the product and everything works well properly.The product is already better few new extra features can be updated so this can attract new user for this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main purpose we are solving with this is identifying the employee work and awarding him or her using this product.This product is more productive and have increased the business performance by each and every time a employee is awarded he gets motivated and works a lot for company.

What do you like best about the product?
The redemption process is quick. Various options are available for resumption and gifting. Customer service is prompt in response.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a minor issue wherein organization was not kyc enabled for redeeming Amazon vouchers, but the issue was fixed immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable organization kyc for redeeming Amazon gift voucher. Benefits are quick response and resolution.
Empulse - A very user friendly interface for interacting & motivating our Colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple User interface and the ease of Gift redemption.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked it better if we could create our team group easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Empulse, we did not have any platform to congratulate or motivate our teammates, its solved now.

Happy to say there wasn't anything I disliked.

Empuls is very good platform to motivate teammate and celebrate success together with team.
What do you like best about the product?
To wish or motivate the teammate on every occasion, and mainly the empule reminds us whats exactly going on in the project and around us. I would say everyone should utilize this platform.

i would like to add the about the dislike is UI, it should be more attractive then the current one.

Team bonding and there are many benefits such as get feedback to improve ourself and give other for them to improve. so overall i would say its good platform and community building.

There is nothing much to dislike. Maybe we can add an alternative email so that employees can receive the code on different mail IDs and can provide an opportunity to gift to other employees

There is no such problems that I face, I am recognized throughout pan India through this app and has a better reach to all employee pan India and being rewarded for the appreciation as well

What do you like best about the product?
To have an option to re-connect with fellow employees and congratulate them on their achievements. The option to recognize the efforts of an employee in front of larger audience seriously boosts up the morale of the employees on a significant level.

I'm still figuring out about the dislike part of the website. Everything is so perfect and user-friendly that finding a flaw itself is becoming a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its hard to reachout to employees to congratulate them on their success as not everyone is connected to others. Emplus solves that problem. This is also one of the best benefit which I had noticed around this website.

Overflow and UI issue on low-end machines, lack of GIFs and animations, No possibility of Video greetings and audio greetings in the town halls, Limited reactions availability
