Quick, Usefull & accurate!
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is very quick and very useful. Easy redeeming options and quick redemption through website.
What do you dislike about the product?
For all the abroad locations, the converted value should be shown in the XOXO Plum Portal while redeeming the points. The employees will find it difficult to convert the indian INR to Foreign currency & redeem the points. This is very important. Please work on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team helps in resolving issues like cancelling the points of employees who has left the organisation and who have not ustilizing the points. The points will not go waiste and it can be used to reward other employees.

It is easy to use, UI is simple and I can find various GC according to my need, with good customer support as well

GC redeem instructions should be more clearer and not generic, apart from it nothing

Secure site and data confidentiality/ easy to use/ user-friendly cover all categories of redemption and merchant site. and popularity.

As per my experience with xoxoday Plum so far there are no negative points.

redeeming or rewards site not working. it's not showing data on site. after i mail to xoxoday support team, his quick response is wonderful. and his resolve my issue in one day only.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that it is available on iOS, so people using Apple iPhones will not have any issues, since we have seen most apps are only Andriod based and miss iOS Platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
My performance is based on how well my team performs, it would be great if we could see the individual performances of each and every team member, so we know with whom we need to work more.

To see where we stand and we can take corrective actions in advance to improve the performance for the month. Clear visibility of the goals can be seen, and we can work on them.
