Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
The help from the chatbot and customer support was excellent. I received an answer to my query very quickly. They followed up with the ticket and helped to redeem a gift card sent to me by my organization. Had an excellent overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The instructions on the gift card to redeem were not clear. The necessity to contact customer support could have been avoided if they had been clear. Other than that no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxoday Plum is very good platform with a wide range of products. The process of redeeming gift cards is also very seamless and fast. The redeemed gift card was also reflected in my account immediately.

To many steps to buy, it could be messy.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Xoxoday Rewards is we can convert the amount to other brand vouchers with denominations as required(multiple denominations options). Xoxoday rewards in the form of vouchers are fantastic; it seems Customer-centric.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful for your customers if you could collaborate with E-commerce platforms to order products directly and bring some good GUI effects on your website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Me being end-user receiving Xoxoday vouchers from my Organization, Xoxday is benefiting me in choosing multiple branded companies and this way, my Organization resources are happy to redeem them and enthusiastic to work more hard.
Easy to shop and many choices available
What do you like best about the product?
There is no money lost while converting to coupons and their customer support is very quick in resolving any issues
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldnt think of any but the code is too long

It gives us more options on merchandise and experiences we want to buy. So options and unlimited
Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service responds quickly to questions and comments. I was pleased with the choices when selecting my corporate reward. My experience was equal to better than with competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I liked the issues with activating my Amazon Gift Card immediately. Customer service met all my needs in a couple of days. Please fix the disconnect with Amazon.

I assume they are resolving the disconnect with Amazon. Eventually, I was able to use my Amazon Gift Card. Yes, I was able to return to my regular work more quickly.
Sweet and simple website as well as the app which I just love and use to appreciate my colleagues.

Almost all of my favourite brand's vouchers are available to redeem.

I can see only top 3 monthly employees, It would be great if I could see the full list.

Appreciation is the most important thing when it comes to reward someone, So I think this part is well handled by xoxoday empuls!

It's a good place to show your appreciation and motivate collegues.

It reminds me of new colleagues joining in, their birthdays, and work anniversaries. It helps me to see who is doing what.

For budget allocations and disbursements, i will have to request additional points. Rewards issuance is not that very clear.

Top class UI, top class UX!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very convenient to use and makes it easy to purchase gift cards. There are many partner sites, most of which are relevant to us. Also, it makes appreciating and recognizing your colleagues very simple with the awesome default templates. The overall interface is colorful and vibrant, making it appealing to the eyes. Quick delivery of rewards and updates is a plus.

The organization chart is not easy to access, and introducing Amazon pay gift cards would be beneficial.

It helps people bridge the gap between employees by providing a platform to recognize others' hard work and give them due recognition. Rewards and recognition motivate people to do better and engage more proactively.
