A nice experience
What do you like best about the product?
UE is pretty straightforward. Customer Care is very helpful.

A contact number to reach the customer care unit would be better.

I had an issue with using points credited to my XOXO account. The Customer Care unit helped solve the issues.

I like the function, which allows us to choose our favorite shopping gift cards.

I did not look deeply for disadvantages, so I Liked everything to date.

Xoxoday Plum was an inclusive rewards and recognition solution that appealed to its entire spectrum of users.

Very good platform but I had few compatibility issues
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of products to buy, I like the most the gift cards that can be purchased from different countries. I was able to acquire a gift card from Amazon US and Amazon MX from the same place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some compatibility issues; my Firefox browser did not load the page correctly sometimes, I tried a few options to try to fix it, but with no success. Finally, I had to use my cellphone browser to complete my purchase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company rewards us with points we can exchange in the platform; this is an excellent benefit for us no matter the country we work from.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to check my performance through achievements tab in compass app. And also the leadership board shows the top performers for every month. This helps me to keep a track and let me know of my incentive also.

It would be great if you could arrange the user interface especially the tabs like achiements and leadership board etc..

Everything is measurable..we can check every time what we have achieved and or not how much incentive we have earned till now. Which parameter we had left and weak..and perform over them.

Dislike things only one it this that they share how much we had achieved..but nothing share number buffer cation exactly. it will help us to get real numbers what i have achieved that's come from where

Simply saying this is real time answerable..we dont need to ask any HR and line manager for how much percetage i had crossed and hpw much we need to do more. i think this is the advantage

It's beautiful because the purchase I made is beneficial, and its the actual advancement of the future that all as digitalized and so I will surely refer to everyone :-)

When I had an issue, I contacted customer support. They reviewed my case and resolved it very soon.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to explore and find the best value coupons for myself. There were many categories of coupons to avail from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had picked a coupon for Disney+ Hotstar but the coupon did not work and at last after failed customer support I switched in value for Amazon Prime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxoday Plum failed to resolve my issue as their Disney+ Hotstar failed to work and the customer support did not function well at all.
