Reward points, and the appreciation getting from the group

Nothing yet, the app really work well, and user friendly

It is good to receive something additional and that has always been valued the most, just like a cherry on top of the cake. Xoxo allow us to spend our incremental earnings wisely.

Limited options to choose from. Expenditure particulars vary person to person hence wide range with appropriate options are needed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned in dislike box, i would suggest to collect the data from end users will be helpful to create more usable options. A survey to understand lifestyle expenditure is a must along with faster and promt response of the application.

Variety of coupens /vouchers that can be redeemed

The app crashes quite often and it does not allow the points to be converted into cash

Not solving a problem really, in a way it is helpful to utilise our money at various voucher partners.

I like their platform, where you can convert the reward points easily into shopping vouchers, and most important, the knowledge and attitude of the customer care team, which are very helpful and supportive in resolving my queries on time.

There is nothing I don't like about Xoxoday; everything is very easy to search, and the website is very user friendly.

The main problem as per is converting the reward points that an employee gets in organization into some useful thing like in my case getting the points converted into a shopping voucher which I can use as per my convenience

This app hangs most of the time.☹️
And you will not be able to comment or reply in most of session it will not take. It comes back to the main page or logout from the app once you start commenting.
And the amount transferable to the accounts are not possible like before.
