The UI is entirely reasonable to me.
It takes me just a little time to get used to the website and how it works.

There were some problems with not having a registered account, but I could still log in via provided affiliate link. Which caused some trouble but support is provided, so it's okay now. Very good

It allows employees from a company use their rewarded point easily.

it was quite easy and simple for me and my team. The gifts can be tracked very easily and were easy to book and also the process was as simple as it could be

Nothing so far, honestly but, I was a little sad when Amazon Egift cards were out of inventory and I had to go about choosing another option

Amazing and convenient platform to award or recognize colleagues and make them feel how glad we are to have them with us . Apart from this there are various options to redeem the rewards at any point of time

Sometimes due to technical issues transactions might fail or delay but it is quickly resolve after raising a ticket.

Not Applicable. I am happy and satisfied as the issue which we were facing was resolved in 24 hours and only one thing that I would suggest is we see to it to do not share incomplete gifts.

LBMS system has met our expectation related to generate report and solve customer issue

It's convenient to check the customer's status & info, amount of MyReward points, and report generated.

Whenever we need to search a customer's data/info system, LBMS has not been able to read automatically the data entered into the search box without picking the category. It's cause the search is not found.

An almost endless list of gifting options to choose from that it can be a bit bewildering at times.. available brands are extremely good and the amount is also customisable..which is a big plus!

The charges for Paytm redemption are a bit steep though
