Excellent survey formats and professional customer service

What do you like best about the product?
The survey interface is very pleasant, they are well-crafted, and they pay attention to the details of important information. They are well-timed, understandable, and easy. The reward is also generous and easy to redeem. I had some issues, and when I notified them via email, they responded quickly, were friendly, and gave me an almost immediate response.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just that at the beginning when I tried to redeem the reward, the link didn't work, but I contacted customer service and they provided a positive and quick solution. So it was good service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They resolved the issue of redeeming my gift card for the survey, followed up on my request, and attended to me quickly. I was able to redeem 200 pesos in a gift card from Gandhi bookstores.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a single platform with all the famous and lucrative coupons to give away to the winners, such as accolades and even giveaways.
The platform has a great UI and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the platform doesn't complete the transaction but the support team is very helpful and resolves the query quickly.
It also provides support on call and WhatsApp, if required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to attain a giveaway coupon, it was smooth and received very quickly.
The support team helped with no-time support and the coupon was provided in no-time.

It has many options to select from. The customer care service is very quick and helpful

It takes time to understand how to redeem the voucher. It can be more user friendly

By just one voucher, we get multiple options to select from based on our choice and requirements

No Availabiltiy of E commerce platforms like Amazon.

Deduction of 5% on adding Reward points of compass to paytm

The product can be customized to the requirements, the team is great to work with to get instant support. They have various options to engage the employees on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few features might not help or apply to a company that is small in size. Options for Non - moneṭary awards can be increased for such companies.

They are our reward partners and helping us appreciate help and celebrate even the smaller milestones.
