What do you like best about the product?
Compass is helping companies to settle the rewards and recognition by means of points that can be s through its store.

Deduction of 5% on adding Reward points of compass to paytm

Compass is helping companies to settle the rewards and recognition on timely basis, which leaves no burden over companies' head

The product can be customized to the requirements, the team is great to work with to get instant support. They have various options to engage the employees on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few features might not help or apply to a company that is small in size. Options for Non - moneṭary awards can be increased for such companies.

They are our reward partners and helping us appreciate help and celebrate even the smaller milestones.

In some countries there are not many options to use xoxo codes, forced to use very few options

The team is really fast in the response and provides genuine efforts to solve the issues.

In few countries, there are not many options to use the xoxo code. You have only a few options available. You are forced to use either Visa or master cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no open issues. I had issue to get the Master cards and I was told there are no master cards available and was told to go with other options and the only option was Visa.

It was difficult to materialize the vouchers, had many issues to resolve with XOXOday support

To begin with I could not recieve your verification code SMS to my Israeli mobile phone - had to use my spouse's phone instead.
