The browser extension and UI make it very easy to use while retaining all necessary functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to generate a password using keeper instead of having to go to the extension and hitting the dropdown when you are trying to set up new credentials and Keeper doesn't recognize what you are trying to accomplish.

Keeper Security is a Versatile and Depenable Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper Security's Password vault can be used for work and home. The intuitive interface allows you to easily add to accounts to your password vault and is great for SSO.

When prompted for a password change froma website, sometimes the process is a bit clunky and you have to revert to doing it on your own.

It facilitates family members and employees the ability to create strong passwords that don't have to be remembered and reminds user NOT to reuse passwords.
Price is right but falls short in usefulness
What do you like best about the product?
The pricing for the basics is one of the lowest that we have found. It works fine as a basic password vault.
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary use of a password manager is to integrate with a browser or other software for ease of use - at least for personal reasons. Then to allow for storage and sharing within teams. In both of these areas, Keeper falls short. It doesn't seem to work well when using in conjunction with the Chrome browser. If fills records not needed and doesn't come up when there are multiple matches. It just doesn't seem to work as good as alternatives in the market.
From a sharing perspective, it works fine but there isn't anything special. One big component that seemst to be missing is the ability to setup up shared MFA / One time use passwords.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with Chrome - needs to be better and more intuative. Shared MFA for test/dev accounts would be a huge win

Keeper Review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up, easy to train end users, and great controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing! Pricing used to be tied to CPI, now I'm hearing horror stories about keeper jacking up the renewal price by 3j0 to 40% year over year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure storage and access for end users' passwords.
Keeper Review of Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple ability to share and store passwords. The shortcut tool also saves a ton of time and makes the software more accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up groups and description for permssion could be built our further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The addition of further things like sso and viometric keeps the information more secure.
Love it!
What do you like best about the product?
I find Keeper very easy to use when creating a new record, or using the fill tool to log into a site. It was extremely easy to get set up and running in our environment. I couldn't even tell you how many different accounts I have and this has been a tremendous help in keeping those passwords stored securly. I use this easily 15 times a day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about it is that on some websites you need to disable the fill tool in order to uncover (see in clear text) a password stored in a setting on a web page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue Keeper helps to solve is having to remember the passwords for the dozens of systems we have. Now, I only remember 1!
