A great product, needs a maid.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is simple to use, if you have the browser plugin it will offer to crate passwords and store them on signup to a new page, it offers to fill records for you. You can set up SSO so you can seamlessly log in and control access to password records by AD group.

One great feature is you can use it for MFA so you dont have to worry about having to use a single phone with multiple users sharing an online account.

We use it constanly, it must have saved countless hours of wasted time searching for passwords and the stress of being locked out of some esoteric system because the usual guy is on leave.
What do you dislike about the product?
With enough people using keeper over enough time it becomes difficult to find records, sadly the search isnt super great, it would be nice to be able to export records to an archive if you are unsure if you need them but want to tidy up.

Could also do with slighty more customisation on password generation as password complexity requirements on some sites are quite particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password manager stops passwords being lost, allows us to share passwords securely between the team and saves us time and stress generating new passwords and looking for old ones.

What do you dislike about the product?
We did need to run a VM to take advantage of some of the features we needed, was hoping to 100% cloud.

We needed a place to share sensitive passwords as well as store sensitive passwords of our own.

Fabulous Enterprise-Grade Password Manager

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Using Keeper Password Manager allows us to share vendor account passwords, OTPs, and site keys among our team in a safe, secure manner. This has virtually eliminated the sharing of sensitive password information in any other way. The value to cost ratio is fabulous.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything negative to say. Even their iOS and Android implementatins are great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing account credentials in a secure manner among a sizeable IT team, especially with OTP seeds, is a daunting task. Keeper makes it simple and seamless.

Will improve your password management overall security

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is a very intuitive and a complete solution that helps safeguarding your passwords in a digital vault. The solution can be deployed quickly with the help of the Keeper team which ensures that you are guiding through every step of the way. It allows administrators to securely implement complex passwords while providing a convenient and powerful tool to the end user.

The support team is quick to respond and available whenever needed.

Once you tried it you will simply not be able to work without it on daily-basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The password update feature is not the greatest and can be confusing at times. I often prefer changing the password using the recommended option while editing an entry as opposed to using the embedded mechanism which doesn't always work as expected.

The web plugin is limited and sometimes require you to either edit in the web vault to do some action such as adding more URLs. You will also need to use the desktop app if you want to scan QR codes to add your 2FA codes into Keeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper allowed us to have a corporate-grade solution to handle our passwords and their complexity.
The integration with authentication directory (SAML-bases) and the interface being intuitive simplied the user-adoption that helped deploying the product across all users.

What do you like best about the product?
Auto fill when it works as designed is great.
Flexibility of Notes fields are very helpful.
Web vault is friendly and the search seems to work well !
Search seems to do very well when adding multiple key words to the search box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto prompt to add or update a password disappears before I can click on it constantly. Doesnt matter which machine Im on.
Im generally using Google Chrome latest version.

Some sites seem to struggle with autofill. May be a website restriction and not a Keeper issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securely storing passwords, certificate info, secret keys, encryptions keys, etc.
