What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, simple SSO with Entra, good password sharing for organization, good alerting available for admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to edit more properties of an entry from within the browser extension without having to open the web vault. I also use Bitwarden, and this is the main feature that I miss from that Password manager when using Keeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password generator + Autofill & auto submit makes authentication easy for various services, sharing passwords with team is easy and straightforward.
Keeper is Solid UI and an even better implementation team.
What do you like best about the product?
Keepers ability to easily maintain passwords is excellent. The search inteface makes it easy to find any password or record.
What do you dislike about the product?
The password sharing in Keeper needs some work. You can't share a record with a team, only individuals, so then you have to nest that record in a shared folder, but you can't exclude people's permission to see a shared file if they have access to that folder. So really you have to be extremely careful of how you setup your sharing process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had people coming and going from our org and we lost over site to passwords. This gives us a central place for passwords that are secure.
Keeper Password Manager Works Well and Supports Azure SSO
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of single-sign-on integration with Azure Entra ID as well as the options for storing MFA tokens and other secrets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autofill doesn't work with as many websites as some other competitor password managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring users can create complex and unique passwords for multiple websites and applications while being able to easily autofill them.
Easy to understand and to integrate into my daily work flow.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Keeper is always available as a pop up whenever a new PW is to be created. The Vault is easy to use as well, whether to add a folder manually or for a new website where new credentials are being created. I think the integration was easy too and Keeper has a lot of great information on their website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Keeper can be confusing if you have never used a PM before. Maybe some user training videos should be required for all users when Keeper is implemented at a buisness level. And maybe a help section with some short how-to videos for reference within the Vault would be a nice addition for users who are not tech savvy.

Keeping our passwords secure at our business.
User friendly password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper makes it easy and convenient to store strong passwords and utilize them across different devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the auto fill password setting, although I use Keeper as part of my work agency account, so I have less control over settings myself. I would like it if I could choose the login (assuming there are multiple logins for the same site.)

Strong secure passords for all login credentials.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Easy to implement. Great support to get us going. Training was really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
None really. They were patient with us during the POC and kept renewing our trial. On demand training was always given upon request.

SOC 2 requirement for password managing.
Robust and secure password sharing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the extension option making a seamless approach to saving your passwords without having to worry about security or password changes
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would auto-duplicate because sometimes you end up with 10 different passwords saved for a given property and you have to go one by one to try to see which one is the correct one - especially when shared across teams .. it's hard to know what's the most recent

it's helping keep passwords secure and also allows us to share with the right people and departments based on their roles. prevents the whole problem of offline passwords being changed

Pricing is good value and can adjust with the amount of seats, can segment users, Google SSO

Some permissions are more complicated than necessary, folder structure created by users vs admin so can lack organization if people save things in new places

The ability to use the Keeper Password manager to change a password has been a little clunky for me. I wish the password generator was more easily accessible on the web extension like other competitor products have.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and manageability of the application and the passwords. The features are great, but management of accounts and their contents can sometimes be a little tricky. It has been a great tool for us, and the original pricing made it a very attractive solution in comparison to some others that we looked at, and had all the features that we required in a password manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing was a big factor in the cost of the software. Recent significant increases in the application may not make it a long term viable options for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing passwords for groups of users that may or may not need access to different information. Limiting who can change passwords, and making sure that they are updated and there is one version of the password for all users that need the access to them.
