Great Enterprise Product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with customizability. For business, enterprise users. the admin console is great. User guides are also very thorough. Connection with other services as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web autofill does not always work sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stores all passwords securely and allows for one time share with clients or individuals who are not on our Keeper organization.
Easy to use Password & information manager
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to use very strong, randomly generated passwords on the web and using Keeper to manage them. For those sites or apps that don't auto-fill with the browser plugin, it's easy to access your password vault and copy/paste the password where needed. I also use Keeper to store other important info, documentation and website links for greater security. Security and ease of use don't often go together, but Keeper manages to do both really well!
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app doesn't always play nice with other software, and the auto-submit can be annoying. The Keeper plugin icon covers the "show password" icon in most password fields, so that can be annoying also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users have a nabit of making weak passwords or forgetting complex passwords, and Keeper Enterprise has helped correct both issues for our user base by securely managing their passwords.

Comprehensive and Secure Solutions for Password and Secrets Management
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper Password Manager provides exceptional security with its strong encryption and easy-to-use interface. Its features, including password generation and secure sharing, are well-integrated and make managing credentials straightforward and reliable. We're also excited for the self destrucitng password cabability soon we've seen in the webinars!
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is the lack of flexibility in API call plans. The jump between the 150k and 250k API call limits is quite large, and there is no option for a plan in between, which is an issue if you need, for example, around 200k API calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper Password Manager helps us avoid the risks of end users writing down passwords by securely storing them in one place. It also allows for safe sharing of passwords between teams and makes it easy to revoke access when employees leave or change roles with provisoning. This centralization and control enhance security and streamline our processes, benefiting me by keeping our credentials secure and our operations efficient.
Hard to setup, but SCIM and SSO make it perfect
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I dont need to ever spend time managing keeper for my company. Everything is automated and secure. Tech support is happy to help in the implementation though, so its definitely achievable. Now my users are calling in less for password resets and are using more complex and unique passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to setup, but there is no getting around that for SSO and SCIM. Im glad that keeper allows use of these technologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users sharing passwords via email, and not being able to share MFA
Keeper Review
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of adoption for end users and administration.
What do you dislike about the product?
THe most complaints we get is when the website changes how it gets to the login page and then we have to add a second URL to the record to get the ID and PWD to populate correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting credentials from bad actors.
One of the top four options with great Enterprise features
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is great in the enterprise due to its shared folders and team support so we don't have to share tons of individual records. The enterprise license that grants employees a free personal family plan is also a great selling point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management interface isn't the greatest (really, all of the UX could improve; see Dashlane and 1Password) and autofill isn't nearly as good as Dashlane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper helps our employees get out of the habit of reusing passwords across multiple sites and using weak passwords. It also supports passkeys which will be increasingly helpful as more sites adopt them.
We Love Keeper
What do you like best about the product?
As an IT professional, I LOVE that Keeper is one of the most secure password managers on the market. It makes my life so much easier AND my accounts safer. Now I can implement long complex passwords without having to think about it. When we deployed Keeper at our company, our Managed Service Provider was so impressed with the program, that they implemented in their own office and recommend Keeper to all their clients. Deployment was easy with the help of the customer service team, they walked us through setting up Single Sign On on our server and create users. Within a couple days of using keeper we had fully integrated Keeper into our daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a hefty learning curve for novice users because there's a lack of consistency. Not all websites work well with Keeper and require extra clicks to input the login credentials. Password changes are the worst culprit of this inconsistency. I have found it more productive to train users on the logic behind the program, rather than asking them to complete steps x,y,z, in a specific order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only does Keeper help me create new, more complex passwords, it remembers them all and makes sure they get entered in the correct spot. I am no longer stressed about reusing passwords, or worring about password complexity. Most of all, the best part about Keeper, is that I don't know any of my passwords anymore and I don't HAVE to!
Can't seem to manage folders
What do you like best about the product?
It stores passwords and does MFA. That's
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company migrated from LastPass to keeper and it has been terrible. We imported all the passwords and the admins don't seem to have access to all of the folders we have to rely on whoever is the master of the folder to share out. It is very difficult to oversee and manage passwords
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stores our passwords
Perfect for the needs of our Users
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and setup. Keeper is intelliegent and knows when to save passwords. Our users have adapted very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sign in process can be annoying because it seems to ask for a log in a lot more than the settings are set for. This sometimes leave the user waiting for IT to get involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is securing passwords for our users. Keeper is helping to monitor bad passwords and ensuring users are using complex passwords. Keeper has allowed for easy of access with its SSO acces. The MFA funcitionality as also be beneficial.
