Keeper has been a reliable tool for managing passwords and secrets at multiple companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper continues to deliver new features and capabilities inline with modern business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires re-education of team memers on how to manage passwords escpecially for shared accounts and passwords. Simply old habits are hard to break and built-in browser password managers confuse the matter for end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing share accounts and credentials as our company is too small to benefit from enterprise contracts that enable more users and SSO capabilities.

I really cant find any thing bad to say.

Keeping the passwords not saved in a browser

Your company probably needs a password manager, try Keeper!

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the Okta / SSO integration! Simply adding someone to our Identity Provider (Okta) automatically creates a Keeper account and from there we can share various system, team, and account credentials. We also love the virtual MFA functionality, that has saved us a lot of headaches and and even when sharing a record with a non-Keeper user, the MFA tied to a record (if present) goes along with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything, maybe the fact that sometimes people don't create records in the right container? That's more of a user issue than a Keeper problem though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All businesses have credentials which need to be shared amongst team members and many times those do not get transitioned properly when people leave organizations. Making sure those types of records are kept in a common, transferrable, secure location is our primary use case. I call it credential vaulting rather than password manager.

Keeper 2025 - year review

What do you like best about the product?
Admin console is very modifiable. Auto generated passwords and password secret share are great and similar to our enterprise groups we usually use. Its easy to show off the web vault in orientation. The autogenerated scores for passwords across the org are good and not ridiculously obtuse (Microsoft has some weird practices).
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a little clunky to set up initially for new users and isn't as intuitive for less technical people. Some sites its auto fill does not work, for example if there are more than just username and password requested to enter and there is an additional 3rd line of information requested to sign in. It does not work outside of the browser extension as far as I'm aware. We cannot manually do Master Password resets from an administration standpoint. The nodes are a little confusing and too simple on the admin side. Because it uses SSO we find that it auto signs out a lot of the time in random mornings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of our InfoSec team recommendations, we have moved away from the built-in password managers in Edge and Chrome. Keeper provides a one stop location for anything secret managing or password managing for all our employees and contractors. Provides secure sharing of this information too.

Best password management tool i have used

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and does the job with the mass amount of features that comes with the product, the integration with other software makes it simple.

Any issues I have raised with the support, I have been responded to quickly and issues have been resolved on first response, when implementing Keeper they made sure I was setup all the way through.

I am using Keeper everyday and I don't know what I would do without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no come across anything I dislike with Keeper
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with the security as not using a product that has suffered issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is reliable; it stores all my passwords, so I don't have to remember them. When I need to create new passwords, it provides suggestions and also checks the vulnerability of the passwords I’m using.
What do you dislike about the product?
he only thing is that it detects where to enter the password and places the logo in the same spot where the eye icon usually is to view what you're typing. I haven't figured out how to remove it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At work and in life, we manage many passwords to secure our accounts on different platforms, and this application is very useful for keeping them safe. It remembers the website and fills in the password. For me, it has been very helpful and saves me time when logging into different accounts.

Good overall but annoying at times

What do you like best about the product?
It works well enough, pricing is reasonable, you can share folders with other organizations. Sharing with external people was a deciding factor in using Keeper.
What do you dislike about the product?
It constantly logs out even though I select 30 days expiry and I have to log back in and put 2 step codes in frequently. It's overly complicated with tons of features that most people simply don't need. One of my guys accidentally deleted an entire folder, and it wouldn't restore; I contacted support for help, and they were zero help, so I've had to slowly add logins back as I run into missing ones. After the sales process they don't seem too interested in helping with any support items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password vault and sharing folders to external people without paying for their license.

Clunky with constant bugs

What do you like best about the product?
Shared folders are easy to setup and manage
What do you dislike about the product?
I always seem to be running into issues. Whether it's the information for a website not being automatically filled in the Keeper record when I setup a new record or the mobile app always saying "storage limit reached" even though we don't use Keeper for storing anything other than passwords.

The UI feels old and clunky. Having moved from a 1Password organisation to a Keeper organisation I was surprised by how much less intuative the overall experience has been.

Definitely would not be on my recommendation list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing for central password management for our organisation.

Amazing Password manager ! And even more !

  • November 26, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Can host in US or Europe, great for GDPR (RGPD).
Top security for password.
Handy feature : Password generation, Shared folder, sharing password with expiration date, Store security file or recovery file, and much more !

No more password stored in Excel !!!!

I even promote this to my customers and partner.

Really amazing !
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Changing Localization seems difficult, and received no help. That's really bad 😵

2. Pricing is a bit frustrated. You have to buy licence per user, that common practice, so no problem. 45$/user/year, is ok. But then, if you want Advance report, it's 0,71€/user/month, KeeperChat is 1,42€/user/month, Compliance Reporting 0.83$/user/month, ... I mean, just charge a licence, increase pricing a bit and make all product available !!

1.87$/user/month for a chat ! Have you heard of Google Chat, Discord, WhatsApp, ...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more Excel ! Password are securely stored in a manager. We are now able to generate a different password for all customer.
