Keeper Password Manager for Enterprise and SMB

What do you like best about the product?

It keeps our organization’s passwords secure and means we only have to remember our Keeper password. The browser extension is handy for quick access and the auto-fill feature works great. We also integrated Microsoft Entra for automated onboarding and that works well.

What do you dislike about the product?

There isn’t a whole lot that I dislike, but if I’m being picky, I don’t like that you have to complete 2FA before typing in your vault password. That feels backwards compared to other platforms. We’ve also run into a few cases where we had to re-invite employees using an alternate email address because they didn’t receive the initial account invitation, or it expired.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It stores our employees’ account passwords, which has reduced the number of password reset tickets we receive.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy management, intuitive for users. Multiple options for users to interact with their vaults (Web, App and Browser Extension). Frictionless SSO. Free home account benefit.

What do you dislike about the product?

The Browser Extension functionality (autofill, password reset assistance) can be a little wonky.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Password management, hygiene and sharing.

What do you like best about the product?

It offers strong manageability for enterprise environments and is easy to use. It is easy to connect to many sso platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes logs me out and doesn't always auto-fill correctly on websites.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps me keep track of the many logins across my enterprise and makes it easy to create new passwords.

Browser plugin, admin controls, great ux, simple enough for all our users

The password privacy feature is frustrating, meaning you need to open the web interface.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s our standard password manager across the organization. It helps keep everything secure, and IT can retain stored passwords when people leave.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best is the organization, everything's easy to find. The instant sync across devices is great too, and the interface is honestly the best I've seen, with a cleaner layout than other password managers. Security focus is what matters most to me though.

What do you dislike about the product?

Price is my biggest issue, it keeps going up, and I have to work with our account manager every time just to keep it reasonable. I also don't like that everything's an add on. Better reporting for enterprise should be included by default, not something extra we pay for.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The well thought out UI means users don't struggle to understand it, which has kept our support tickets low. At the same time, it keeps everyone secure, so we're getting strong adoption without sacrificing security or creating extra work for our team.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most is understanding information held within Keeper is encrypted and secure. A feature not readily available in competing providers.

What do you dislike about the product?

In some cases, shared folders require additional updates to ensure passwords updated by other members are synced appropriately in a shared resource.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeper helps ensure an easily managed private key store. Saving us from having to use services such as Hashicorp vault.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate the level of encryption, as well as the Breach Watch feature.

What do you dislike about the product?

There isn’t much to dislike about Keeper overall. That said, the auto-approval of users could use some refinement, since it doesn’t always feel as controlled as I’d like. I’m also not a fan of Keeper Commander.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Keeper, our staff relied on generic password management methods—things like notes and browser-saved passwords. Keeper has addressed that problem and has also made our environment more secure overall. The integration with SSO and 2FA further strengthens security.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate that Keeper Password Manager is very easy to use and straightforward. I've never had an issue with it, and having backups of my passwords available gives me peace of mind. I can access it on my iPhone, so my passwords are readily available wherever I need them, and the login process seems secure. The setup process was easy, and our IT team rolled it out quickly without any major issues.

What do you dislike about the product?

Probably the only thing that I find a little frustrating with it is when I go to log in on my iPhone, and it recognizes my face, and it logs into the next step, and then I get a PIN sent to me, which I enter. Sometimes, I'm quicker than that, and I hit the next button. And then, of course, it fails because for some reason, things have happened twice or something like that. So that beginning opening session is a little bit frustrating at times, but like I said, it's more my fault, I think, than if I was just a little more relaxed.

I track and update my numerous passwords with ease, and it helps me choose new ones seamlessly.

The browser extension functionality and the supported platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some UI actions aren’t applicable for enterprise users, but the UI still shows them anyway.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We mostly use it for passphrases and for sharing secrets with other team members, which gives us flexibility and enables fast onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use and secure. The SSO feature helps streamline access and ease of utilization. The browser extension is absolutely the way to go as it provides a seamless experience.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the app "gets in the way" of logging into websites. The icon appears over password boxes and at times prohibits any saved browser passwords.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Password security and storage. Our organization was in dire need of password storage - as everyone had saved them in whatever format worked for them at the time. We implemented the solution for our employees and Keeper does the job with flying colors.
