What I like most about Keeper Password Manager is the combination of strong security controls, one-time sharing links, and ease of use. The platform makes it simple for users to adopt better practices without adding friction to their daily workflows. Features such as secure sharing, role-based access, and centralized administration work well together to improve security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced administrative features and policy settings can feel complex, particularly for organizations with diverse user groups and access models. Reporting and auditing capabilities could be more intuitive and especially for teams that need quick visibility without exporting data. Pricing is also on the higher end compared to similar solutions, which can be a consideration as usage scales for larger organizations like us.

I use Keeper Password Manager to securely store, manage, and share credentials across the organization, reducing risks from password reuse and manual handling while giving administrators visibility and control over access management.

What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is to manage all our credentials internally for our internal systems, as well as resell it to our customers and help them manage their credentials, making it a must-have solution.
What is most valuable?

It offers an efficient solution to ensure that all credentials are securely managed. This capability is vital for reselling to customers, helping them maintain secure credential practices.
What needs improvement?
I rated Keeper Enterprise Password Manager a nine out of ten because occasionally the KeeperFill app does not function as it should and forces users to manually retrieve the password out of the vault and enter it manually.
Apart from the KeeperFill app issue I mentioned, I feel Keeper Enterprise Password Manager needs no improvements, as that is my only complaint.

My advice to others looking into using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is that it is a dependable solution worthy of consideration. I gave this product a rating of nine out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Keeper Password Manager protects our passwords with great strength and offers a secure way to share passwords with colleagues. I like that Keeper has a local app and integrates into Chrome, making it convenient to use. Additionally, it was very easy to set up and demonstrate to a team of 20 people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to authorize in constantly to use it. The authorization just seems to be an extra extra step and could be simplified possibly.

I use Keeper Password Manager to manage and share passwords securely. It provides stronger protection and a secure way to share codes with colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives me extra peace of mind that my passwords are safe, and that they’re easy to access from any device I use—not just Apple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, I’ve noticed a bug in the mobile app on the payment cards page. When I open it, it says I don’t have any saved cards. I then have to log out and log back in for them to show up.

I have to use a ton of passwords across so many applications for work - this allows me to not use generic and easy to remember (aka easy to hack) passwords
Effortless Password Management with Seamless Integration and Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create passwords, add 2FA to passwords, share passwords with other and view password changes and revert to an older password if needed. I use this product every day. The deployment is really easy, I can have a client onboarded withing 30 minutes now and integrates well with Microsoft 365. The customer support has been really helpful when i've needed to use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the reporting could be a bit better, especially for identifying what websites are at risk for users. Apart from that i'm really happy with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to help clients pass Cyber Essentials and since implementing Keeper clients have had less passwords compromised.

Previous some staff have habit to save their password to the notebook with plain text. The reason is geting password is too complex. After we use Keeper, it's so easy to use. So staff like using it.

I like the interface on Keeper Password Manager for creating, organizing, and sharing passwords with colleagues. It's also great for user management. The password creation feature lets me generate new passwords with as many characters, numbers, and special characters as needed, which are easy to use with its plugin tool. The initial setup was pretty easy and straightforward because it's web-based.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the plugin always blocks the eyeball on the password field so it's hard to see what the password is.
