Great UI and easy to use

  • August 21, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Moving from LastPass to Keeper, the change in UI and ease of use has been great. Keeper provides great features. Zero data breaches and a clear dedication to ensuring credential security are not forgotten.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I have found the Google Chrome extension may not work and require areset. This however may be an issue with Google Chrome and not necessarily Keeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing company credentials and monitoring password policy compliance within the organisation.

Strong Search and Usability, A Few Features Missing

  • August 20, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
When I search, I have confidence that it checks all parts of the entries for my terms. That means if someone gives me a shorthand name for a site or just the address, I can add those to the general notes or create a new field. That way, I can always find that entry when I use any of the associated terms.
I have not seen any issues when using Keeper in coordination with dozens of other users. That means the technicians in the field are getting the right information that I am putting in to help them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see better deliniation of who has access to what entries. When I created a new entry for credentials only related to myself, it ended up in a shared folder despite being in "My Vault". I'm sure I could be using it better, but it was not obvious by context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is securely sharing asset and remote access credentials and instructions for hundreds of assets in the field.

Keeper is a great password management system

  • August 20, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup
Simple to manage
Their customer support is really responsive
The integration with the browser extension and the vault works seemlessly
It is not difficult to use on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the knowledge base articles are out of date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we needed solved was not only password management for our end users and IT, but also password monitoring for credentials that get leaked or are a security risk. We are able to easily share credentials between employees without worrying about lack of security in an email or other methods. We can also monitor who has access to what, and when were credentials last accessed. Their reporting is very robust as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The add-ins it has for browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. In addition to being able to share passwords securely with another person without having direct contact with the passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually there is nothing that I don't like about keeper, however I would like there to be support in Spanish to improve the experience in the supports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolves that I can create configurations for the automatic creation of passwords according to the minimum complexity requirements of password formation. It helps me create passwords quickly and with the required complexity.

Best enterprise-class password manager

  • August 20, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Keeper to manage passwords used by our Engineering/IT teams. Keeper is great tool to provide the structure (using shared folders hierarchy), organizing records with appropriate permissions, and having policies on top of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were not able to use Keeper to store certificates (PFX files), as there is the limit on the size of the record. The cost of enabling this feature is unreasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized management of passwords, with appropriate policies, structure and checks.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with customizability. For business, enterprise users. the admin console is great. User guides are also very thorough. Connection with other services as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web autofill does not always work sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stores all passwords securely and allows for one time share with clients or individuals who are not on our Keeper organization.

Easy to use Password & information manager

  • August 20, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to use very strong, randomly generated passwords on the web and using Keeper to manage them. For those sites or apps that don't auto-fill with the browser plugin, it's easy to access your password vault and copy/paste the password where needed. I also use Keeper to store other important info, documentation and website links for greater security. Security and ease of use don't often go together, but Keeper manages to do both really well!
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app doesn't always play nice with other software, and the auto-submit can be annoying. The Keeper plugin icon covers the "show password" icon in most password fields, so that can be annoying also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users have a nabit of making weak passwords or forgetting complex passwords, and Keeper Enterprise has helped correct both issues for our user base by securely managing their passwords.

We use this on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to try out the keeper api solution but that's on another subscription tier. Otherwise keeper works great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper solves the hassle of remebering multiple passwords for web applications.
It promotes good security practices by allowing you to generate random complex passwords.
