What you'd expect, with a few caveats

  • May 07, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Works as you'd expect with an auto-fill addon that seems to work *most* of the time. It overlaps with Chrome's built-in saved credentials sometimes as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to have full control of your org's vaults at any time without building it with share vault permissions. If one is missed, support is incapable of giving you access to a vault of a terminated employee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing corporate passwords for a ton of systems we all use.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage and share passwords amongst a team is solid. Very simple interface and solid SSO makes adding people a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky web interface and app leave several things to be desired. Managing multiple passwords for the same site is not straightforward. Also, flipping between default addresses and other common information and payment methods is a struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared password safe and encouraging safe password management for end users

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little slow to recognize the website and the saved password.

We can secure passwords that need to be saved with other members of my team. I can also prevent users from taking anything with them if they leave the company.

Not a Bad Password Manager

  • May 07, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How it helps me create passwords, generate secure and unique passwords, logs me in, holds all of my passwords in a safe and encrypted vault, and that it shows if my passwords are strong or reused.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it logs me in without having to hit enter to manually log in. While this is normally a nice feature, it can be annoying when I have multiple accounts or am trying to test something and I am automatically logged in and have to log out of my browser extension. It works too good! The account reps and increase in price has also been an issue recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everyone at the organization using strong, unique, and secure passwords and storing them all in a safe location.

What do you like best about the product?
The ablility to manage amany teams and groups password in on location. Access levels to those teams. the ability to have your own personal password with anyone seeing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Custom Fields -
Some users miss the ability to create custom fields for additional data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper has helped to managing sensitive information across teams and roles. Also the User interface is well-designed and user-friendly.
Keeper provides options for secure password-sharing across users and our teams. Retains App Access and Credential History and it works well across popular browsers and integrates seamlessly with desktop apps.

Easily implemented Password Manager

  • May 07, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Recently rolled out after a pilot, simple deployment and positive reception from users. Free family licences included with business licence a plus. Breachwatch component also extremely useful in encouraging users to improve password hygeine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be helpful if default MFA period could be set by administrator. Currently users must select from a drop down which defaults to 'every login' - ideally every 24 hrs option could be moved to the default location by administrator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significantly improving password hygiene in the business and allows administrators to better manage password estate through reporting.

The Backbone of Our Password Security

  • May 07, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is easy to configure and deploy, and the built-in TOTP set-up makes MFA sites requiring the use of a TOTP authenticator much easier to set-up for individual users. I can get statitistics on password security, create password groups easily, as well as share logins on an as-needed basis. We use Keeper exclusively for all employees hundreds of a times a day, and I like the additional benefit of giving employees a personal license for home use. The initial deployment was simple, and ongoing maintenance is also easy. There is quite a bit of documentation on use, so it makes it simple to train additional administrators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automatic logout feature is takes some time to implement correctly if you want to turn it off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper makes it very easy for us to make sure all passwords are strong, and the exclusive use of it allows us to manage logins, especially when employees in a particular role leave. We can transfer their vault to a new employee easily. If an employee accidentally starts using a browser-based password manager, we can easily export those passwords into Keeper and disable the browser password manager.

Keeper Password Manager, Allow you to streamline access easier and efficient

  • May 07, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Keeper Password Manager as it allow me to steamline my activies for my user accounts. It helps to not have to rememeber every password, and allow me to give access to team members while in different locations. It also allow me to steamline the process of setting up users new workstations and having their browsers passwords in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of keeper I can think about is that even after 2FA is set up, it do ask the user to ask admin approval to install on things like cellphones or addidtional computers. Whcih can be bothersome when you are in meetings or working on a project tight deadline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Steamline from moving users information from one computer to the next.
