Keeper is a keeper
What do you like best about the product?
best part for me was the ease of roll out, by partnering with Microsoft in the way Keeper did made implementing it in our environment a very painless endeavor. In Addition, their customer support is quick and responsive when we contact them with any questions with detailed steps. Keeper being an add-in via Edge also means we can deploy the app without needing to package up the app and it's accessible on any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
getting Managers access to certain passwords require you to take some proactive steps before hand so you need to take that into consideration when configuring the teams and features in Keeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
poor password hygiene is a major issue for most sites, but we were also seeing issues where users were storing passwords insecurely, so we needed a way to enforce strong passwords and allow our end users to save them in a secure location. Keeper allows us not only to provide people with a secure location but to see who may need some help with making stronger passwords or had a possible breach.
Keeper is a functional password manager that focuses on security.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. Not only was keeper simple to understand, but it is easy to master while still being jampacked with features. It was very easy to train my colleagues on the use cases and the support has been impeccable. It was easy to integrate into our organization and become a tool we use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't free and it doesn't come preinstalled on PCs out of box!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is allowing our business to consolidate our records and important datas that need to be shared amongst our department into one priority location that all users have access to with their own login. All users can access, edit, share, and utilize the information within our webvault without needing to remember a bunch of passwords, or jeapordize our department with unsafe password storage methods.
Keeper is also allowing us to share this valuable data/information with departments for singular use cases/long time use.

I struggle to get the password manager to easily create a new password when I need one. it feels clunky doing this. I wish there was a simple way to just create a complex password example without going through hoops.

Particularly for users of the PC desktop app and Keeperfill browser extension, the tool makes it easy to create and use complex passwords.
We also had several credentials that are shared by several staff. Keeper's credenital sharing makes it easy to share those records and keep them up-to-date, securely.

The web UI is clean and simple, as well as the ability to share a personal tool with our employee's so they can be secure with both work and personal data.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we first implemented Keeper we had significant delays in being able to open the web vault due to our portfolio size. This seems to have been most addressed but did take some back and forth with the team.
We are also not a huge fan of the fact that when searching in the webfault, nested folders default to open vs. closed.

Keeper Security - Hands down one of the best Password Managers on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple for us to use and it really helps make sure our company stays secure with any passwords we use. We bought this product to replace Dashlane and have never looked back since. Their sales team was great, the support we have gotten as an enterprise customer has been great, and we love having the product.
We renewed it for another year and are very satisfied with their products. This company just continues to grow!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Chrome plugin is a bit overzealous when it comes to thinking fields are to be filled in when they are not so we run into some errors there occasionally. They also are getting a little much with the paid add ons even when you have an enterprise plan which is something cost prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of shared credentials not being tracked as well as solving for passwords not being kept in Google Chromes browser. We had a lot of issues with users sharing credentials amongst each other without using a password manager. Now, with Keeper, we no longer have that issue and it is tracked. We also have users, when using non SSO applications, using much stronger passwords reducing the risk to our organization of a compromisation.
