Great experience with Keeper Security
What do you like best about the product?
Centralized and shared password vault for all department within our organisation

Adding a file to a password record is a paid feature

easy sharing of password between departments and business units

By far the intigration on all devices. Also the 2 factor abitliy takes away my worry about new or replacement phones or cards

Nothing to complain about, this product is amazing.

2 factor authincation is my biggest plus and helper with this product.
Keeper is a great Vault for Passwords
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use, easy to read, and very easy to share with your team. Autofill with multifactor is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more admin options on how many times we get disconnected from Keeper per day.

Keeping all the passwords in a secure form and being able to share at a granular level with the team.

Keeper Password Manager helps us keep our credentials safe and secure as an RIA following compliance regulations.

Keeper can be clunky when the desktop add-in pops up when you don't want it to.

The problem that Keeper solves is the ease of logging into various softwares while keeping those credentials secure.

Chrome extension can be a bit buggy sometimes requiring Chrome to be restarted.

Complex passwords for websites that are different.
Quick and easy to use without needing to move between different windows.
It benefits us by providing high security without us ever really needing to see the passwords that have been created.

Great for Cyber security
What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly, modern interface. Managing passwords is much easier, only having to remember 1 password makes life a lot easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little clunky and manual at times to change passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving security issues with where passwords are being held.
Poor Customer Service. Poor Response Time

Easy to use, issues can be looked up online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is terrible. I have been trying to get help with our single sign on for about a year ago. They never called me back. I left phone messages and emails. We still don't have single sign on setup properly. I am using a work around. Once things settle down I will probably start looking for options with better customer support.

It a place to store passwords used by multiple people for our systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team moved over to Keeper from another password vault and have been mostly happy with the move. The setup was a bit more extensive than expected for Keeper but once it was up and running, the experience has been smooth. Password creation is easy and the vault plugin works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inital setup ran into a few challenges, it would be nice if you could easily have both a business and personal keeper vault and toggle between them. This would encourage employees to improve their password habits even outside the workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper allows easy password sharing among our team and also with external contacts. The external feature in particular is nice because in addtion to providing a link to retreive a password, you have the alternate option of providing access without actually revealing the password. Browser integration makes Keeper easy to use.
For password managers this one makes it easy to use in an organization
What do you like best about the product?
That we can easily move and sort our entries on the desktop and have it reflected on our mobile devices and that you can use devices like the apple watch to authenticate with 2FA. The implmentation with the team was very easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
When 2FA fails it takes time for it to crash so you can enter the new code into the system for it to work again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of multiple passwords for different servers as we are making users use different passwords for security purposes. Easily share the password with others in a unit even when people are away.
One of the best pieces of software i use.
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use. great gui. easy to install. Keeper provides alot of documentation and KB to help get the process started. I use it multiple times a day everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any downsides from using Keeper.

Password management. Storing all your passwords in one location which is encrypted has been huge for having to remember/reset passwords. Autofill works amazing.
