Extremely Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and rollout. Used daily by our staff. Keeper training videos are extremely helpful in onboarding users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing from CSV does not give users the chance to remove passwords they do not want to import - this would be useful as some users were keeping their personal and business passwords in the same document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees were keeping passwords unsecured in csv files - this moves us away from that
generally positive

Work and school accounts are great. Keeper worked with us to customize a unique solution for our company that has held up well for 3 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to sign back in on the phone every once in a while is a bit of a pain, as all the passwords are in Keeer.

Great Software! (With improvement suggestions)
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is excellent at managing company passwords securely, generating strong passwords, and sharing passwords among common users. The admin portal is very helpful as well, giving many options for access control, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features that are missing include automatically adding Keeper Desktop to the startup apps in Windows, not allowing shared folders within shared folders, and effective customization of generated passwords (to accommodate special character requirements, etc.). Though Keeper has records for names, addresses, and payments, Keeper Fill does a very poor job at filling these into the various form fields across websites. Web browsers do this easily (though less securely), so I hope that Keeper can set up their game in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insecurly stored passwords and repreat password are two things that Keeper helps prevent.
Keeper Security is a GAME Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper continues to deliver superior security and performance
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeper's Password Generator could use a visual size (as in font size) scale to fit or an ability to turn on wrapping. It can inadvertently add a or when copied and pasted. It would also be nice to include "general" special character but exclude system used special characters. Not all websites allow ALL special characters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper allows my non-tech savvy or security-minded users to remain secure. This, in turn, allows my IT Team to know that our users can maintain proper security standards while online.
Excellent Solid Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper was easy to deply and altough it is still a shift for those who have not used a password manager, It is starting to take hold in the corporate structure. Passwords are getting more secure and BreachWatch is providing insight on how secure passwords really are.
Integrating it with Azure Entra ID has been excellent as well as far as continue account managment
Integrating it with Azure Entra ID has been excellent as well as far as continue account managment
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't follow the concept of separated vaults. It uses shared folders inside 1 vault. This seems to make passwords slightly less portable but really its just a mindset shift
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our corporate employees have so many Cloud application accounts and a ton of passwords. Password reuse is rampant and very few of them have to change their passords. Many of the passwords were compromised in data breaches. This is helping to curve insecure password sharing and password reuse, creating a separation of our systems.
Keeper is excellent!! Keep up the good work!

Ability to guide me to website and autofill passwords. I use it everyday, and it's very helpfull in all situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, it has exceeded all expectations that I've seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remembering passwords and making sure they're all different.
Keeper is a keeper
What do you like best about the product?
best part for me was the ease of roll out, by partnering with Microsoft in the way Keeper did made implementing it in our environment a very painless endeavor. In Addition, their customer support is quick and responsive when we contact them with any questions with detailed steps. Keeper being an add-in via Edge also means we can deploy the app without needing to package up the app and it's accessible on any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
getting Managers access to certain passwords require you to take some proactive steps before hand so you need to take that into consideration when configuring the teams and features in Keeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
poor password hygiene is a major issue for most sites, but we were also seeing issues where users were storing passwords insecurely, so we needed a way to enforce strong passwords and allow our end users to save them in a secure location. Keeper allows us not only to provide people with a secure location but to see who may need some help with making stronger passwords or had a possible breach.
Keeper is a functional password manager that focuses on security.

Some of the settings and managemnt features are not the most intuituve. Setting up the different security settings within the hierarchy of the managment system can be cumbersome.
