Great Security Software for most everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is a great software system that keeps all my passwords safe and I no longer have to remember them each time I need to sign in. Keeper does it all for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything yet that I dislike about KEEPER! Just the fact it fills in my passwords so I dont have to remember or write them down is a great feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to look through my book of passwords to sign in.
Keeper of all passwords, done right
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper Password Manager is easy to integrate into all browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc. It includes a phone app for both Android and MAC computers. Keeper has helped us keep track of all the passwords and allowed us to make them complex. Keeper has helped us from reusing the same password multiple times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeper Manager can be a bit "naggy" it will keep reminding you to save all your passwords as soon as it detects an empty password space, even though I do not need to access that particular webpage at that moment. Just a little annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution that would help our company stay compliant with our security posture. Reusing passwords were a big no-no. But trying to keep track of them all was very difficult. Keeper has helped us solve that issue.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been very easy to use. It automatically prompts us to save the passwords and remove them from the web browser. It even allows 2FA tokens to be saved along with credit card information.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it has not failed me. I wish I would have found this solution a long time ago. It wasn't until it was made into a requirement that we actually started to adopt it company-wide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to keep track of all the passwords that were being created on a weekly basis. Using paper and pencil was not practical nor secure. We were looking for a way to integrate into our web browsers.
Keeper works perfectly, recommend it to anyone!
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper has made my job 100x easier being able to have all myself and my team's passwords in an accessible place on pc and mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more colour (or icon) options for folders would be great as we now store so many items in our vault, this would make it even easier to differentiate. The MFA code integration has also failed on me a few times leading me to revert back to using alternate methods for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to set different and secure passwords for everything without having to remember them all. Also the shared folders with my team are super useful.
Keeper has been a great tool for us!
What do you like best about the product?
The easy sharing between colleagues along with the departmental auto-split makes Keeper a great tool for us as a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit clunky to work out the sharing features initially, but once you're up to speed it's not so bad.

We have logins for multiple websites that we can now share. We love having folders per website, etc.

That it let me into my accounts most of the time

That many sites didn't work, it saved the wrong information, and most of my team couldn't use it.

Mobile app is clunky, password fill conflicts with others, need to sign in repeatedly, and sharing of credentials is minimally helpful

What do you like best about the product?
We've never had an issue with passwords syncing for our remote team!

I wish we could hide passwords at the vault level when sharing records.

We need to share securely share passwords within our team that's entirely remote. There's been 0 issues with syncing and is saving us so much time!
Keeps our office passwords organized and secure - and my personal ones, too!

The security, ease of use and accessibility are among the best factors of Keeper Password Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small things here and there, like certain websites that don't work perfectly with the autofill feature, but overall there's nothing really that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a wealth management firm. Security is a top priority. It allows our team members to create, save, and share passwords efficiently and securely. It also helps us scan for potentially vulnerable/problematic logins and quickly manage access to passwords if someone leaves our organization.
