Intuitive Admin Experience, But Master Password Needs Improvement

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and clear, as a Keeper Password Manager admin, it is easy for me to handle any incidents or situations regarding the administration of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The master password feature could use some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Credential managing and having a safe way to share credentials and confidential files. One Time Share links are great.

Powerful Command-Line Utility with Excellent Support and Seamless Data Import

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Using Keeper Commander, the command-line utility for managing Keepersecurity, has proven to be extremely powerful. Setting up teams, importing data from other password vaults, and converting otherwise incompatible formats made it possible for us to import all our data successfully. The customer support we received during the setup phase was excellent and helped us adopt Keeper quickly.

User and team management, shared folders, and the secure sharing of secrets—along with the ability to see exactly with whom they are shared—are all working very well for us. The web browser vault access and plugin are also highly effective. By integrating Keeper with our own IDP and access policies, we are able to prevent the use of Keeper with company data on devices that are not owned by our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use 2FA provided by our own IDP instead of Keeper's built-in 2FA, but it appears that this choice negatively affects the overall security score assigned to a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When multiple team members share a single username and password to register for other services, the passwords tend to be simplified, are not updated frequently enough, and are often shared among colleagues without any encryption. The BreachWatch tool, along with the personal SecureScore, helps users recognize the importance of using strong encryption.

Fantastic product

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We use it in an enterprise environment and really feel this is the best solution available for enterprise customers, amongst the VERY few that even qualify for enterprise usage
What do you dislike about the product?
The form filling tool could be improved. Probably the weakest part of Keeper
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily to have a standard setup for all users, as well as making sure we do not lock ourselves out of any tool used. The ability to transfer a vault to a new user, but on all other aspects have a zero-knowledge design is very important for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the centralization and automation of credential control that Keeper provides, allowing teams to store, share, and audit access securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are underutilized, such as: KeeperChat, BreachWatch. We have yet to see any real utility for these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper assists me in securely storing and sharing credentials in an encrypted and auditable manner.

A wonderful product

What do you like best about the product?
I have used many password vaults in the past and to me some make them very confusing. Keeper is very easy to use and easy to explain how to use. I am the administrator and being how it is setup like file explorer people understand that really well. Showing them how to do certain things is easy. It is easy to implement as well as has a number of features that other companies do not use. I have not had to call customer support so that is a positive. I make everyone in our company use this.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about keeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People do not post passwords on cupboards anymore as they are sharing passwords through keeper now.

The Keeper Password Manager is Great!

  • September 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Keeper Password Manager has been nice to have to be able to share passwords with coworkers that need them and store my passwords for frequently visited websites. This product has been easy to use and implement into daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The keeper icon can occasionally block the view password button on some websites, which can make it frustrating to verify the correct password is being used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is helping to allow us to keep our passwords secure while still being able to share them with the users who need them.

Great for teams

  • September 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper has been great for our teams that need to secure sensitive information in a way that access can be centrally managed, and where changes can be made once.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin, there is no option to reset the master password if a user forgets it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper allows us to maintain the safety and security of our shared resources while also ensuring they remain current. Access control is easy, and visibility into end-user usage helps identify those who are slow to acclimate to using the password manager.

Excellent Password Manager, beats everything else.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Keeper's browser plugin the fills passwords for you. No need to go searching, the filler does the work for you. Our company has used various password safe programs, but never had the ease of use for our end users that keeper provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Keeper that I have found is that I didn't start using it sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company that deals with various security frameworks, such as HIPAA, HiTrust, and FIPS, we have data requirements that mean that we simply cannot risk our data. Keeper allows us to keep our data safe behind extremely complex, long passwords without users having to type anything in, or rely on memory or simple passwords.

Price Gouging

  • September 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The system has a high view of security. Admins are unable to browse secrets.
What do you dislike about the product?
They changed the pricing and were trying to more than 100% price increase,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had people using random tools to store and share passwords. This product enabled us to bring it all together and wrangle the random password storage across the company.

Reliable and Secure Password Management for Teams

  • September 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how simple it is to create, store, and manage passwords, both for myself and for the entire team. The built-in password generator is excellent, making it easy for us to maintain strong password standards without much effort. Sharing credentials securely with team members is straightforward, and when someone leaves or changes roles, revoking their access is quick and doesn’t require resetting all the passwords. Managing sensitive login information has become much less stressful, and I feel confident that everything is encrypted and well managed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the admin features was somewhat challenging at the beginning, particularly when it came to understanding roles and permissions. A few of the settings are not immediately intuitive, so there is definitely a learning curve involved. Additionally, the cost can increase depending on the number of users required. However, despite these points, I find that the security and peace of mind provided make it worthwhile overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper has helped us address the issue of scattered and insecure password storage within our teams. Previously, we kept passwords in browsers, spreadsheets, or sometimes even shared them over email, which was clearly neither safe nor sustainable. With Keeper, all our credentials are now stored securely in a single location, and we have the ability to control who can access specific information. The built-in password generator has also made it easier for us to avoid weak or reused passwords by encouraging the use of strong, unique ones. For our team, being able to share credentials securely and immediately revoke access when someone leaves or changes roles has been a significant advantage, providing us with much greater control and visibility from a security perspective.
