A Comprehensive and Mature Product
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple clients, web portal access to the vault, and E2E encryption.
What do you dislike about the product?
So features are buried inside context menus and are somewhat hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper provides a great commodity password manager functionality, but blends that with enterprise-friendly groups, record sharing, and other integrations that help automate our workflows. This equates to easier sharing of encrypted, and more-secure passwords between users.

It's the ease of use, great functionality, and wonderful support team. We use it every day!

Sometimes it feels a bit locked down and not able to customize certain features.

Encrypted Cloud password management was a missing factor in our company, this filled that need.

Easy to use. We can get it to everyone. I use it several times a day. It keeps track of it all.

As with any passwod manager, the worry is can hackers get to it. If you use a strong password it should be fine.

Secure, Dependable, and Affordable Password & Secrets Management
What do you like best about the product?
Having used Keeper since early 2020 I have found it to be secure, dependable, and affordable for both home and work use. I've worked in IT for over 20 years and tested just about every password manager on the market and for me Keeper is the flagship model for ease-of-use, support, and security. Whether you are using a Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, or iOS device device Keeper has a solution to keep your passwords in sync. Use multiple browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera, Brave, or Vivaldi? Keeper has you covered there as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of any downside other than not using Keeper to secure and organize your passwords and secrets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For myself, Keeper solves a two-fold issue of securing my passwords (via a master password or biometrics) and sepration of personal and work accounts (organization). Futher should I need to share a password or some secret, Keeper allows me to do so, securely and easily, to an individual or group as needed.

Keeper does not provide password management for mobile apps.

I have been working with the solution for a couple of months.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
We haven't faced any downtime.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Keeper is scalable and we have about 500 users for it. We use the product daily. At least 150 people use it extensively daily.
How was the initial setup?
The tool's setup was easy and we have deployed it on the cloud. The deployment was quick and we completed it in less than a week. We have two teams one in the US and another in India. We first implemented Keeper in the US, got feedback, and then implemented it in India. The overall deployment took about four months to complete.
What other advice do I have?
I would rate Keeper an eight out of ten. It had all features that we wanted. The time taken for scaling up and knowledge transfer was zero.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is a highly secure platform to store all my passwords and documents. It has a good interface that makes it easy to use and allows me to share passwords with my team. It has multi-platform support. It lets you access your passwords and data from mobile, desktop and web browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything to dislike about the keeper. I love it and use it every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is beneficial to store all my documents and passwords securely. It allows me to share passwords with my team members. and it is easily accessible in mobile and web browsers.
