Simple, Effective, Well Rounded
What do you like best about the product?
It's an all in one solution. All kinds of information can be stored, logins, CC info, MFA codes, you name it.
I use it basically every day, and with the free accounts because I have an organizational account, I can on board my whole family too. Simple as sending them a link and they complete the sign up.
Setting up accounts for users is quite easy. Whether doing it as a user or from the admin side. I've never integrated beyond web browsers or anything but that was simple enough.
I haven't had to deal with support much but the little bit that I did was a good experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
The search function on mobile behaves different than web or desktop. You can search multiple partial terms in desktop and get a match but mobile you need to get it exact.
Sometimes the syncing of mobile takes a few tries to load up too. All in all the experience on computer is good but mobile you can tell isn't as good. You can still get done what you need and it works well as a replacement for apple keychain but using the app itself is a bit annoying at times.

Anyone that has keeper no longer stores passwords in their broswers leaving us open to compromisation.
We have been using Keeper Password for around 4 years. The staff loves it.

The initial setup can be tricky with a few websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use to have an index book that I would log my passwords in. Now everything is securely in one spot
Simple, secure, and easy
What do you like best about the product?
It drives efficiency and security. I was worried it was going to be a cumbersome layer, but it's actually streamlined logins across all accounts.

It takes some time to get in the flow of using keeper. You have to commit to using it to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our passwords safe and secure
Moved from a competitor and we are much happier with this product
What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest complaints we had about our old password manager was how slow it was and we have had zero complaints about that since moving to Keeper. It also provides a lot more options when it comes to integrations and being able to pull data out for automation purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far no real complaints, it has been able to do everything that we were hoping
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have tens of thousands of records that we need securely stored but also in a fashion that they are easily retrievable. Keeper is able to do this and more
Liking it so far
What do you like best about the product?
Importing passwords from Chrome is super simple
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to import passwords from ios. As of now, I have no idea how to do it and most users in my org use an ipad and safari. I have to create an appointment for someone to teach me how to do it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting our users and saving all our passwords
Review of Keeper
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to store OTPs, as compared to LastPass, which cannot do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autofill if you're not careful can break stuff by inputting the wrong data into what it suspects is the right place to put it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sticky notes with passwords on monitors.

Not every site auto-submits or auto-fills like it's supposed to, but it's not enough to dislike the product.

sharing passwords with other team members works very well.

Outstanding resource for credentials
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper helps us secure our credentials very well, while also allowing for easy and secure access through its browser extension app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need ability to add a company code or any data that might precede a user ID and password
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team uses Keeper daily as out primary credential manager. Often our users maintain many devices and accounts, Keeper alllows us to easily help users with credential issues and safely secures our credential data
Best pw vaulting option for companies that I've tried
What do you like best about the product?
The browser add-in works well, gets to fields that other solutions I tried could not, and can be moved out of the way. Employees get an initial warning that passwords they store belong to the company and can be transferred to their manager if/when they move on (we did not have this with our previous solution, which caused drama.) The free license for home use helps us reinforce good pw habits and also a separate space for work and personal life (as mirrored by Edge browser's work and personal profiles). The support was robust and native-English speaking when I called upon it. The price is favorable relative to the industry. Support for passkeys and TOTP allows teammates to share multifactor auth for company SaaS accounts not tied to SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not able to get the on-premises authorization tool working. I was able to get the cloud-hosted authorization tool working, but it cost $1,500 month in Azure fees so I dropped it. Getting new devices added requires an admin's help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to create and use long, uncrackable (20+ character) passwords, and share them with teammates, even with MFA. Users are getting the message that passwords should not be human-generated, and should be shared via secure channels (i.e. not email/Teams). Project resource passwords are now linked to work teams instead of individuals who might lose them/forget them.
