The hidden gem of this space
What do you like best about the product?
As a password management software, Keeper Password Tool has a lot to offer. I feel safe with their encryption and the convenience of a single master password is a gem,
The ability to access your passwords from any device and securely share them with others is also better than the rest

What do you dislike about the product?
Having to get everyone in the office onto it takes a bit of work, but the pricing is cheaper than the rest so I am happy enough to do the odd few starter calls. Once we share only that way and vault our passwords people adopt quick.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password sharing as a business and having a vault that I can give and revoke access too easily is great. Its much better than LastPass etc in those regards for me.
Keeper Password Manager has been a great tool for our IT department
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to selectively share passwords with individuals or groups within our organization is excellent, as well as the ability to do a one-time share to outside entities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to complain about with Keeper yet. It has been a a great solution for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminated shared documents containing logon credentials as well as the practice of emailing or messaging credentials to others when they need to logon to servers/services, etc.
Affordable and Effective Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is easy to use and affordable for SMBs. Also has a variety of useful add-on's that are not too pricey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser extension has some usability quirks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized password manager for IT team. As an administrator, I have the ability to open a team member's password safe if needed in an emergency.
Easy to manage and use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with my SSO provider for easy provisioning of users for secure on and off boarding. We also have the Breach Alert and audit to ensure our teams are following company policies and their accounts are secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the password fill option to be able to be page specific rather than site specific. As somebody who has to set up a lot of user accounts on the web the auto fill sometimes defaults my username and password for the username and password of an account I'm going to set up. It's not that big of a deal to temporarily turn off the extension while I'm in no screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the passwords all in one space with links to the websites and supporting files has made access so much easier. I've wasted so many hours in the past trying to find the password or the person with the password.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - portability across devices and simple to access and share passwords across the team or keep in a personal volt. other managers iv used doesn't give you this ability or only allow for it to happen at an admin level and not at a manager level or below.
What do you dislike about the product?
tries to auto-complete and auto-fill unless turned off manually and where you have multiple accounts/ logins for a service it just attempts the first one rather than asking which one to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing client accounts we can save the login credentials and allow the whole team to access the accounts without needing to remember passwords or giving passwords out - in addition as staff move on from the company these passwords are safe and the member of staff can be locked out from accessing them or taking them away.

That I can log employees into sites without them ever knowing the password
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeps logging out even though it's set to 8 hours
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to reset all company passwords when a employee leaves as the employee doesn't know the password

Keeper's excellent extension makes it more accessible and provides a different experience than the web version.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like you have to re-sign in every 10 minutes

Great Security Software for most everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is a great software system that keeps all my passwords safe and I no longer have to remember them each time I need to sign in. Keeper does it all for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything yet that I dislike about KEEPER! Just the fact it fills in my passwords so I dont have to remember or write them down is a great feature

I no longer have to look through my book of passwords to sign in.
Keeper of all passwords, done right
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper Password Manager is easy to integrate into all browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc. It includes a phone app for both Android and MAC computers. Keeper has helped us keep track of all the passwords and allowed us to make them complex. Keeper has helped us from reusing the same password multiple times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeper Manager can be a bit "naggy" it will keep reminding you to save all your passwords as soon as it detects an empty password space, even though I do not need to access that particular webpage at that moment. Just a little annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution that would help our company stay compliant with our security posture. Reusing passwords were a big no-no. But trying to keep track of them all was very difficult. Keeper has helped us solve that issue.
