Very practical way of organizing password craziness.
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper organizes my passwords in a way that I can easily use them and make sure they are strong enough to provide security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how its security-keeper is a relatively high cost in comparison to its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper helps me create different passwords for my account while allowing me to keep them organized. It allows me to see how many accounts I have the same passwords with and when it is time to update them.
Great Sistem for manage passwords
What do you like best about the product?
Its simple and secure, the interface is very dynamic and understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a better organization of the records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us by storing the passwords we share, so that each team in the company can share their passwords safely.
Great for Enterprises!
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic SSO integration once you set it up. Expect to spend a couple of hours getting things ready before you add users.
Very Good documentation in the knowledgebase.
Very Secure workflow. I think Keeper balances their security model with the needs of Enterprise to have control of their accounts much better than any other password manager out there.
Reliable! We use an on-premise auth server called SSO connect (which was what they offered at the time) and it's been rock solid.
Free Keeper for Personal use if the company is buying it. It's a nice perk for security-conscious employees.
Reasonably priced
Support is very knowledgeable and responsive through their ticket system. It's not possible to get emergency support at our level, but they do have the ability to get to really smart people reasonably quickly.
They seem to refine and improve the product over time.
Chrome and Firefox plugins are excellent. Not so much with Safari.

What do you dislike about the product?
Password transfer role is not on by default. That's one of the main reasons to get this (so you can transfer all the passwords from one employee to another one when they are replaced) You have to add the password transfer option before you start making accounts... otherwise, you have to wait until you can get in via SSO.
The mobile app is a little weird in terms of authentication all the time, this is particularly a pain in the ass if you have SSO. However, once you get something like touch ID on iOS setup, it allows login.
Changing SSO login for users (ie if a user changes domain names) has to go through support sort of I wish there was more control over this aspect.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem was lastpass. People would signup for free accounts and we'd never know what they had in them. When I was checking out Last Pass, it was like Lastpass wanted to be source of Authority for identity. No thanks. Enter Keeper. I love how they figured out how to fit in our workflow!
I love that I can transfer swaths of passwords from old employees to new employees. I love that it uses our SAML IDP to login and they figured out a way to include our IDP in the trust chain.

Very good service
What do you like best about the product?
The password generator is very useful and versatile, and you can add custom fields to records
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to disable the auto import from browser for new users but that feature is not available yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We stopped sending passwords via slack and emails, also we can fine tune which users have access to passwords
Simplified my management of hundreds of passwords and saves me hours of resets or rebuilds.
What do you like best about the product?
I like getting access to passwords on my iPhone when internet connection is spotty in a basement server room. I like finding a password that has not been used in years and getting into a system that would have been inaccessible otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion the ordering of passwords gets sorted by something other than alphabetical. Forces me to rely on search when I know something usually is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep all passwords in Keeper and encourage other employees to as well. OCC and FDIC appear to be satisfied with our use of Keeper.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use something, Keeper is a great solution. Something is better than nothing and Keeper is better than most.
Using Keeper for almost a year now and am very happy with it!
What do you like best about the product?
The first thing that attracted me to keeper was the security certifications; as a healthcare organization, that is very important to us. As I began to research and test, I found it supports enterprise usage with support for multiple teams and has great productivity features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is noting I dislike, although some of my team mates have complained they find the administrative console less than intuitive to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can share passwords in groups by team which is very effective.
Very good, with some quirks
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality is generally very good. The ability to create and store passwords from within the browser, using the add-in is really nice. The option for password length and complexity are good and easy to use.
The information available in the admin center is nice too. It is also really cool to be able to "Share" passwords with other users and the functionality around that feature is very nice.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain situations where the browser add-in has been troublesome. For instance, I use an MFA tool and every time I am in the admin panel on that website, Keeper fills the name of the company in with my email address so all the users then see my email address instead of the name as it should appear in the app. I assume this might be a coding problem on the site itself, but there is no way in Keeper (that I have found) to tell it to NOT fill in that particular box.
In other words, a more granular control would be nice. Yes I want to use Keeper on "this" site but no I don't want to use Keeper in "that" box.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the sole IT employee of a company with over 150 users. We don't have the budget to have all users on Keeper but just for my own purposes it is a life saver. I have over 400 passwords and various user names for different devices, websites, services, etc and Keeper is the best tool I've seen for making them not only organized but improving accessibility and time spent entering and changing that info.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I find Keeper to be more than worth the minimal cost. I paid the price for the minimum 5 users and only intended to use it for myself, so I guess you could say I find it to be worth at least 5x what they charge/user. I have since handed out the other 4 accounts to various users and all have seemed happy with the product, though none use it as extensively as I do.
I have some reservations about how easy it would be to roll out and administer a product like this to an entire organization with hundreds of people, particularly when they are not exactly "computer savvy", but since I have not tried, it is only speculation.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike about keeper yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper helps our users create strong and secure passwords without re-using passwords.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This will be the last password manager you use.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The autofill feature and the chrome extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the chrome extension, it doesn't go straight to the password field if you have "remember my username" checked anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to keep track of passwords that are shared between members in our department, along with making it easier to have unique passwords for each device.
