Great Passwork Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Keeper suggest to autofill all of the info at once without needing to fill each line seperately. I also like the feature to create new secure password.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the Keeper disconnects quite often and you need to reconnect again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to remember all the passwords and also not having the same passwords through different websites. It also makes it more secure way to save passwords,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try and decide for yourself.
Outstanding Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I don't know what I would do without this app! In this day and age when you have passwords and accounts for virtually everything, Keeper allows me to use complex passwords (even user names) for numerous accounts and NEVER forget. Access to the app is a fingerprint away on my smart phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am yet to become proficient at organizing things on the app, but it's not too difficult to figure out. It does some of the organization for you, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to use very complex passwords and this, in turn, prevents issues with theft
I (mostly) love this app!
What do you like best about the product?
The security, functionality, and rich feature-set of this app are all very good. Keeper is available on every platform I use, and of all the password managers I've used, this is by far the best one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've talked with the Keeper team about this several times and they refuse to budge on this. The Chrome extension logs you out every time you close Chrome. I REALLY wish there was an option to disable this functionality and keep me signed in if I choose. The reason comes down to human nature... Here's what I mean.
I use a 63 character password for Keeper which is a mix of numbers, letters, and symbols. This is great for security, but since I am logged out of Keeper each time I close Chrome, I have the following options (none of which are good for security)
1. Remember this super-long password and retype it each time I open Chrome.
2. Keep Chrome open (which I do).
3. Shorten my password to make it easier to type.
4. Keep a local version of the password so that I can log into the Chrome extension faster.
I'm sure there are other solutions as well, but I really feel like Keeper should give me the option (and include a warning) to stay logged in to the Chrome extension when I close Chrome.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, we use it as our password manager so that each account has a unique, strong password. Secondly, we share passwords with team members for software that only allows a single login.
Great password management tool for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper keeps password management simple. The interface is easy to use and new employees quickly adapt to the functionality. The mobile apps are all have feature parity with the desktop apps, so making passwords on the go is just as easy as from your desktop. The Security Audit feature gives admins of the Keeper system great insight into problem users and passwords within your agency. The system lets you go into offline mode which is also nice if you are at a location without a good Internet connection. It also has many ways to implement two-factor authentication. You can require 2FA for specific groups or users. We also like that the team isn't tied into one particular way of setting up two-factor authentication. They can use what works best for them. Users also like the ability to add a personal account in addition to their enterprise account. This lets them use one password management app, but keep their personal passwords separate from the enterprise system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Include more of the add-ons for free. Not looking to buy a bunch of other add-ons, but I do see the value of the monitoring tools and secure storage. Bump the price up a bit and include more of the add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper was brought in as a tool to increase password complexity and avoid reuse within the team on different systems. It quickly and easily creates secure passwords and allows us to set specific rules for sharing. Another great feature to have is the enterprise ability to reassign passwords if an employee leaves the agency. The tools can be deployed via an MSI which is a great way to roll out the software quickly to end users. Server synchronization tools work great as well, so you can quickly and easily get users up and running in Keeper.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We examined many of the vendors and decided Keeper met all of our needs. The support has been very good, and the product has been continually improved. Our tech team likes the versatility of the features and available apps. We have been very pleased with our decision and have increased our agencies overall security.
KEEPER PASSWORD MANAGER
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Keeper's ability to create customized fields to enter data such as computer logins; entry door button codes, vehicle license plate numbers etc. It is also helpful to be able to attach a photo to the entry
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited number of devices for personal use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the need to be able to securely record work related security codes and to have those codes with me wherever I go
Keeper has been an excellent addition to our IT records retention
What do you like best about the product?
Passwords are transferable when there is turnover in the department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the autofill doesn't work appropriately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of any service accounts people in the department create, before these got lost and went un-shared leading to huge delays for password/account resets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an excellent way to keep track of account info and service accounts that isn't reliant on institutional knowledge.
Wouldn't work without it
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Keeper is that it allows our team to be on top of all the necessary passwords we may need at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to remember to put new passwords in it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have allowed all IT staff to be able to have access to passwords that will help them assist clients no matter where they are. It also enables work to go on when people are on leave because no one person holds that information.
Quick and Useful Responses
What do you like best about the product?
Customer Service and Reliability. Unlike most password managers Keeper will respond and help you with your problems. We switched over to this manager because last pass lost our CEO's passwords and would not respond. With any issues we have now we get ahold of someone quickly and they helped us solve a strange error we were having before any end users reported it to us. I also like that they are never down and the separate account they give all of our end users so that they dont have to put personal passwords on their work version of keeper and vice versa. Very secure look forward to using it for a long time!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a couple complaints from our end users but it is built in security protections and overall a good design feature. For example whenever the browser is closed and you open a new one you will have to resign into the browser extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Haven't run into any problems yet with it. The problems we are solving however are innumerable. We had end users writing down passwords to remember them and that has stopped. We no longer have a password manager that will randomly forget passwords and not help get them back. Having a local admin console makes it to where we can unlock users and set more safety items such as expiring passwords and log on times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a password manager that has a lot of utility and is easy to roll out this will be great for you.
Friendly user interface, powerful tool, secure, wide range of features
What do you like best about the product?
User interface is very friendly, administration it's barely required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support outside US business hours can take longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing passwords company wide for collaboration between teams in a secure way
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep working on Commander, so far it's great and there is room for improvement
Keeper is awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper takes the issues out of remembering all the passwords and making sure they remain different and complex. Plus the browser plug-in makes it super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Switching to the product did take a little bit to get used to from other applications ive used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure all our end users do not re-use passwords and continue to use complex passwords. As well as rotating passwords when an employee leaves.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trying it out you will be pleased.
